I come from a land a far. I am new to America.
Back home we eat meat fruit and nuts. Here in the
US my diet has changed drastically for the worst.
I am 5'10" and currently 238 Lbs. This has to change.
I am determined to get back in shape and feel like I used to. A friend of mine told me join Eroids a few weeks ago for some motivation and workout tips.
I am looking forward to my healthy future.
