Well, I have been bodybuilding for 25 years, 11 of them I used AAS to some degree of low use outright high dose abuse, I couldnt tell you exactly what I 'cycled' because for many years straight I was just on.
Currently I only use peptides and OTC sups, I feel small compared to how I used to be but I feel healthier than I have in a long time, been off for almost 20 months now.
I imagine at some point Ill go back and use again but never again the 10+ gram levels of outright stupidity I used to do.
More like 1500 mg tops.
