I have been checking the site out for a few weeks now and there is Alto of info and much to learn. I know I only joined a week or so ago but I have already placed my first order, great reviews and info to help with desiding. I'm a typical gym rat in his late 20s who just can't get enough working out. I hope to meet Alto of other people like me and learn some new things. You never really know everything.
