Looking to do some serious work and put in the time and effort, just built a 900sq ft. Home gym, now time to put into some serious use. I have had 3 cycles under my belt but like I mentioned been quite a few years since then, really looking to shred some serious fat this winter and if get to where I want have been interested in a Test E/Mast E/Anavar cycle. Any comments or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Welcome. I’m new here as well but I’m no stranger to the fitness and PED game. I just did my first physique contest at 37 and I had a blast. I’m 6’5 and usually around 260#s. I know how hard it is to both look big and remain lean when you are tall. I ran a cut mix of equal parts test/tren/masteron short esters for 8 weeks. 150 mg every other day and I ran anavar at 40 mg a day for the last 6 weeks and added winstrol at 30 mg for the last 3 weeks. I was really happy with the results. I got down to 235 and hovered around 5 % body fat. I think you’ll be happy running the longer ester and pinning less often. The masteron is probably best once you get sub 10% body fat. Good luck man.

Much appreciated Skwatch, thank you for the encouragement. I definitely agree with you about getting on par with the body fat, have you had any use with T3 or clen by chance?

I did but I wouldn’t suggest it for recreational use. I would hold off on those until you have already brought down the bf% with diet and cardio. Even then, I think it is best for competition prep or maybe a special occasion/photo shoot. I didn’t like the sides from clen.

Appreciate your input thank you, I use to take ephedrine back in the day with a successful ECA stack but can't hardly find the E nowadays.

...and you're typically limited to a few boxes a month. Don't want anyone going home and setting up a meth lab.

Had a question on Clenbuterol, just after much research I am up in the air about it. Diet is in check along with everything else just thought maybe could get some insight with ppl. That have experience with it, good or not good to use. Thanks

At low dosage and combined with some T3 / T4 the effectivity is assured and the sides are not high. However, read, read and read about it before taking your decision :-)

By the way, welcome here, 6FT9GymRat :-)

Thank you all for welcoming me with open arms, press1 definitely a sport I'm interested in as I'm a huge Brain Shaw fan. Played football most my life and short stint in the League ACL I jury cut me short, but definitely trying to find my nitch in this world, lol

Thank you Pcushion much appreciated.

Dude if I were you at 6'9 and 315lb's I'd be getting into Powerlifting/strongman type training, you basically have Brian Shaw genetics right there if you haven't run much gear before. Concentrate on building up your deadlift, bench, squat and overhead press - I don't even think you need any gear right now! 50lb's natural muscle in 6 months no probs Smile
