40+ Tender Nipples - no prior TRT, or HGH or Roids
Hey guys!
Got a strange question. I'll make this short!
So about 20 years ago, I was huge. I have always loved working out, but back in the 80's I took a product called cybernetics. I actually think that supplement, and what I thought was good for me, might have messed up my endocrine system, possibly.
Anyway, flash forward to last year. I started getting tenderness in my left nipple noticed this after consuming huge amounts of soy nuts (might be a factor as well).
Anyway, I think over the years my testosterone has always been low and estrogen high and I think the nuts might have put me over the edge, figured it was better than a bag of skittles. Uggg :(
Anyway, I have started TRT and it has helped, but I've really noticed taking anastrozole inhibitor from my TRT Dr. really helped.
Just wondering if anyone else my age might be experiencing anything like this?
I've been to the Doctor here but my PCP doesn't seam to really focus on it. I also don't have any signs of gyno, but in my mind, that's what I feel like it is, just not visual if that makes sense.
Anyway, and info would be appreciated!
Just looking at options and others that might have experienced this!
Thanks

RustyhookerAvoid soy. Have you run your own bloods and know where your estro is? Trt test levels?
Privatemdlabs is one place that does tests. Theres others.
Higher bf% can also mess with estro
Oh I think I found it
Estradiol 21.5 pg/mL 7.6 - 42.6 01

Yea here is my Testosterone
Insulin-Like Growth Factor I 168 ng/mL 75 - 216 02
Testosterone, Serum 253 Low ng/dL 348 - 1197 01
Comment:
Adult male reference interval is based on a population of lean males
up to 40 years old.
Estradiol 21.5 pg/mL 7.6 - 42.6 01
My bf is about--11% and has been for a couple years I'm on the leaner side..
Mmmmmm
Is E2 estro?
RustyhookerTest could be higher but the other numbers look good. E2 is estro.
Mmmm I'm perplexed!
Yea I'm on TRT now and my Test is at about 909 now
RustyhookerOkay....so you fooled me with fake numbers. Thats a good one!
The first number was pre TRT... I do feel lots better! I've decided I need to purchase some anastrozole on my own--
Thanks for you help!!!
RustyhookerOf course! Because nothing in life is as good as guessing.
I'm making the best educated decision I can.
