work out at work
ad
I run a boom truck and labor delivering building material. There is a lot of heavy lifting within my job so I get a hell of a work out every day even when I don't go to the gym. I just try to replace all the calories I burn after each delivery and everyone looks at me crazy because I eat so much. Just wondering who here does a lot of manual labor and how do you deal with it to keep gaining or just keep your gains?

I'm in finish construction bro. Today I hung of 80 boards of sheet rock with 2 other guys and rough taped it. I've also be known to run 240 linear feet of crown alone. Just continue to eat as much as you can consume. Also try and go to the gym every other day or every 2 so you can replace nutrients with your dense meals and also have adequate rest. You grow outside of the gym not in it.
I delivered about 1000 sheets today . hanging is a different animal tho lifting and holding the board above your head a lot of the time. Respect brother and thanx for the advice
Just keep you head in the game bro. Labor intensive work requires much more food and rest days then guys with low intensity jobs.
Requires a lot more mental strength too. It's definitely easier to focus on going to the gym now that I'm no longer in the field.
You ain't kidding.
