+ 15 Why so desperate bro?!?!
Is not uncommon on any forum to read some outrageous questions coming from first time users or really unknowledgeable brothers. Things like: I'm planing on doing my first cycle, I'm 18 years old, I weigh 125 pounds and I will be using Test, Tren and Superdrol, how many milligrams of each should I use?...Crazy right! But when you tell this person the truth of such a crazy idea somehow they get offended or think that you are just trolling them, or even worse, "bullying them". So, for you, unqualified by age wannabe user, first time user or unknowledgeable brother, I will take the time and explain you some of the many reasons why there is an order in this anabolic steroids business and why you should always follow this logic and basic approach. Let's begin!
Disclaimer: I'm not advising anyone to start or stop using performance enhancement drugs. This is just info, use your own judgment, be intelligent and wise about your decisions. You will own your decisions at the end... or they will own you.
1st case scenario: Too young and wanting to start juicing right in the peak of hormonal abundance.
The only justified reason for a really young person to start using performance enhancement drugs before the hormonal levels start to plummet, is because that person started lifting diligently in his very early teens and by his 20's have already achieved his maximum natural potential. But this is a rare occurrence and you will see it on those genetically gifted athletes who under the guidance of a good coach and lots of blood work, together took that very serious decision of doing performance enhancement drugs for the ultimate goal of competing at a higher level. That's probably a very low percentage of the people who are actively training. If you are not in that very few elite of gifted freaks, let me tell you why everybody is telling you to wait. Studies regarding this issue are quite varied on the conclusion, but in general, is estimated that up to 30 years of age, males can be at their optimal hormonal peak. So using anabolic steroids before that time is unnecessary. A person certainly can amount to a great deal of muscle tissue during this period with a good training regimen and good dietary habits. The problem is that usually the person thinking about starting performance enhancement at a young age, lacks three of the most important aspects in fitness. Patience, discipline and consistency. The lack of these three aspects will make the person think that over-compensating with performance enhancement drugs will take away the difficult task of developing character. Patience, discipline and consistency are not useful only in healthy living and fitness, but in life itself. The truth is that a person won't achieve much at a fitness level without these three aspects, no matter how much gear this person uses. That's why you will hear so many people telling you exactly what you don't want to hear, which is to wait, have patience and reach for your natural maximum potential. What's the hurry? If you're thinking that by adding anabolic steroids to your protocol you will get humongous in a few months, you're in for a big surprise and most definitely a disappointing one. It doesn't work like that, it takes patience, discipline and consistency. Which takes me to the next point.
2nd case scenario: Thinking that anabolic steroids are magical or supernatural.
Many inexperienced bros think that those freaky looking olympians got like that in just a few short years and they only look like that because of the juice. No, those athletes even though they indeed use PEDS, they are also genetically gifted and above all they have been training and dieting for years upon years to get to where they are. There is not a special compound or stack that will get you to that level without putting it the work. If you are lazy, I'm sorry to tell you that this is not the way of life you want to get into. Anabolic steroids do not compensate for laziness. In this lifestyle you need to push yourself (not the drugs) to the very limits of insanity to get to your goal. Crazy gym sessions, humongous amounts of good food and nutrition and vast amounts of sleep. Performance enhancement drugs are just an extra push to help you reach your goal and they will only work side by side with the 3 aspects that were mentioned before: Patience, discipline and consistency. Anabolic steroids are not clutches for you to rely on and replace the existing laziness by thinking that they will do the work that you're supposed to do. On the contrary, you're supposed to work harder than ever, because they will help you to recover better and faster, but only if you do what you're supposed to do. Go big on training and dieting, but go small and modest on juicing. More is not always better, sometimes less is actually more and that applies perfectly to anabolic steroids use, which brings the next point.
3rd case scenario: Wanting to do a full and crazy heavy stack for a first cycle.
Please read this carefully: There are many good reasons why the first cycle should always be a TESTOSTERONE ONLY CYCLE. Testosterone should always be the base of your cycle; meaning that when you plan a cycle protocol, testosterone should be the first compound in your list and this is for health and bodily function reasons. There are actually so many reasons why testosterone should be used on every cycle that if I was to go in to detail regarding this topic, it would become a whole study by itself. There are other ways around this and maybe when you get to a more experienced level you will learn them, but for now, let's leave it at that, you need testosterone, period. This is why is important to do a testosterone only cycle when starting on performance enhancement drugs. You need to understand how your body reacts to this compound and how you control its side effects. This might even take several times to accomplish. Plus, by doing this you can discover if eventually you will need additional compounds or only testosterone. There are people who don't need anything else because they respond beautifully to testosterone needing nothing else while gaining tons of muscle and that might be you. But you will never know because you are robbing yourself of that knowledge, thinking that for a first cycle you need to use every single thing available. Have patience with testosterone, if you only try 8 weeks of it you will not be able to see the right results. If you are expecting gaining 30 or 40 pounds on every cycle you are just fooling yourself, it doesn't work like that. A person might be able to attain 20 pounds of weight a year, but not 20 pounds of lean muscle tissue. Five pounds might be muscle and the rest will be probably water and blubber. You might be able to attain 6 to 8 pounds of muscle a year if you really bust your ass and 10 to 12 pounds if you are a genetic phenomenon. Egberton Rulove "Roelly" Etienne-Winklaar claims that he gained over 60 pounds of muscle in one year, but we are talking about Roelly Winklaar, a guy who walks around at 300+ pounds measuring only 5'-6", not even his own brother, who is a bodybuilder himself has those kind of genetics. But my point is, yes you can gain lean muscle tissue with only testosterone, little by little consistently over years of hard work and strict discipline, you just need to be patient with your compounds, specially with Testosterone. This brings me to my next thought.
4th case scenario: Wanting to jump to the hard gear right away.
Just recently I was trying to explain to this young brother from another country that doing Testosterone, Trenbolone and Anadrol for a first cycle was a great mistake and his answer was: "I did the proper research and I'm willing to face the consequences". What did I answer: "Suit yourself and good luck". Although I really wanted to say: "So young and vibrant, yet so dumb and stupid". Not only is important that you learn how to manage testosterone, but is important that you go from the easier compounds to the harder ones, not the other way around. Once you gain the experience of dealing with testosterone only cycles for a reasonable amount of time (meaning years) and realize that you will need something else, then you jump to the next compound, using as a guide your own experience with testosterone. By this time you know how much you will convert to estrogen, so deciding on a dry or wet compound becomes key. Usually people jump from doing a testosterone only cycle to a Testosterone, Nandrolone and D-bol cycle just because they saw a video on YouTube or read it in some forum. Not taking in to consideration if you are a low or high converter of estrogen and now you're going to have a triple decker. Because testosterone will convert to estrogen or estradiol, nandrolone produces progestogenic activity and increases prolactin considerably and d-bol will convert to methy-estradiol. If your goal is to end up using a C cup bra, then you are on the right path... oh! I forgot that you might be able to lactate from your new boobs! Thats awesome right! Just because you decided to follow someone's opinion on a video designed to obtain "likes". Do the actual and deep research. Look for medical double blinded studies available throughout the web and put the time and effort of understanding your own body and most important of all be responsible and get blood work done as much as possible, that's the real way of knowing your hormonal levels. But back to the point, just because a mutant of a man says that the best cycle is this and that, it doesn't mean that it's actually the best thing for you to do right now. In my opinion there are five levels of risk in the whole range of compounds. Primary, Basics, intermediates, experienced and the "taboo" or the "run away and hide before they fu#%ing get you" compounds. Don't get me wrong, primary and basic doesn't mean risk free, because they all can be deleterious to your health if used improperly. Let's just say those primary and basic are the necessary ones and sort of the easiest to handle. I think is quite beneficial for the beginner if he goes through this order. By the time he gets to the intermediate compounds maybe he will realize that moving to the experienced ones is a big step and will save him a lot trouble by staying away from them for a while and be wise enough not to even get close to the "taboo" ones.
Primary:
- Testosterone (all esterified versions)
As explained before, this one is the base or foundation of everything. Learning how you react to it and how to control it is primordial. You can spend the rest of your days with testosterone alone without needing nothing else and achieving amazing results. Never underestimate Testosterone, because Testosterone is the King of all PEDS.
Basics:
- Primo (preferably injectable versions)
- Masteron
- Oxandrolone (Anavar)
- Turinabol
- Proviron
With these basic compounds a person can spend a lifetime experimenting and getting great results. You won't see results right away, but the end results of these compounds are dry, dense and long lasting. They don't have the wow! factor and by any means are dramatic in terms of quick results, but with patience and dedication you will be amazed with the final results. Plus you will feel great and healthy overall while on them. Be patient and get the most out of them with a long term mentality.
Intermediate:
- Boldenone
- Nandrolone
- Methandienone (D-bol)
- Oxymetholone (Anadrol)
These compounds carry many unwanted side effects and you should never venture into using more than one at a time if you have no experience with them. Water retention, high blood pressure, gynecomastia and high hematocrit levels are some of the most common problems that people experience while on these compounds. These compounds should render great results if everything previously discussed is in check. Don't expect great things if by this time you're doing things half ass. Actually you shouldn't be using these compounds if you're in a "half ass" state of mind. Remember, anabolic steroids are just altered patterns of the testosterone hormone, they are not a magic concoction of wishes and fairy tales. What I mean is that you have to work you're ass off all around; in the kitchen, in the gym and in you're off time, sometimes just resting properly takes a great deal of effort as silly as it sounds.
Experienced:
- Stanozolol (Winstrol)
- Testosterone base or suspension
- Trenbolone
- Fluoxymesterone (Halotestin)
- Methydrostanolone (Superdrol)
- Trestolone (Ment)
- Methyltrienolone (Oral tren)
- Mibolerone (Cheque Drops)
I know, you might be asking; why the hell he puts Winstrol among these monsters? Well, the reason is that people don't have much respect for this compound in specific, without realizing that is one of the few compounds that will cut your good cholesterol in half in a matter of 3 days, also it could be argued comparing various researches that is more liver toxic than D-bol, let's not mention the many ligament ruptures attributed to it and the many back injuries caused when people loose their form or posture because of the extreme joint pain, which is one of the most notorious side effects of this compound. I think is a wolf in sheep clothing, people get mistaken by "Winny", but this one can wreak havoc on a person's health.
Testosterone base or suspension might have it's place in bodybuilding, but even though is a Testoterone in no way have a place in a straight forward cycle, specially in a beginner or intermediate one. I see a limited productive application to it in a pre-competition or power lifting setting, but for general and quick performance enhancement there are way better options out there.
All of these compounds in this section are not to be messed around with if you don't have years upon years of experience, specially with Trenbolone. It seems that now a days people want to use Trenbolone for anything and everything. I'm surprised that there's not a salad dressing with Tren Acetate in it! Just because many people say, including Dan Duchaine, that a cycle consisting of Testosterone, Trenbolone and Anadrol is the "holy grail" of muscle building, it doesn't necessarily means that it's what you should be doing right now. Just because everywhere you go you can hear and read that Trenbolone is the strongest monster of all, it doesn't mean that you should go and try it. To be completely honest I think Trenbolone is overhyped, people think that because it's ratio is 500/500 this compound will yield results 5 time faster than Testosterone. In other words; what you can achieve in 5 years with Testosterone you will achieve it in 1 year with Trenbolone and that is completely wrong. You might die 5 times faster, that I do believe! All the muscle you will get wont compensate enough for all nasty side effects that comes with Trenbolone, the side effects will go above the results if you abuse it and won't take you to your goal any faster. Trenbolone is good and I personally love it. But I waited a great deal of time before trying it and I have also learn to respect it and above everything else I dont abuse it. I've seen people do up to 800mg of Trenbolone a week and they don't even look all that great to be honest or are even at a competitive level, so what's the use? Is it worth it to be a regular fitness enthusiasts and cut your life short? Actually if you don't respect Trenbolone, it will make you respect it by means of force, you won't escape it's wrath, it will eventually catch you. Additionally if you suffer from any mental condition or have any emotional issues I suggest you to just cross this compound from your list because it will amplify greatly any underlying mental or emotional problem you have big time. I've seen nice and cool people turn to raging assholes while on Trenbolone. It changes people personalities someway or another.
These experienced compounds are very, very strong, but very, very dangerous. Your heart will suffer, your liver will scream for mercy and your kidneys will be playing russian roulette pondering if life is worth living under such conditions. It's no joke, they are that strong and toxic. You might think that you are young and strong, until you look at yourself in mirror and notice that the white of your eyes have turn to yellow, your skin makes you look like Captain Mustard, you can barely breathe from heart hypertrophy and congestive disease, can barely walk because of edema and the pee coming out of you looks like Coca-Cola. In that moment you will realize you messed up and probably will be too late already. All of this can happen very fast if you're dumb enough to misuse and disrespect these compounds.
Taboos:
Don't use them, they are not necessary, period.
Beside all the compounds mentioned here in the different categories there are many more compounds around that work through different pathways, like clen, t3, t4, hgh, peptides, etc. But a person who is starting out should dedicate himself and stick to what's listed at the primary and basic section above.
5th case scenario: Picking up just where you left off.
This scenario is a little more difficult to explain than the other ones and the reason is that you usually have to explain this to people who already have gone through the different categories or levels of compounds, but for some reason or another these previously experienced in PEDS brothers had to stop for some years. There's a popular saying that claims that: "Once you learn how to ride a bicycle you will never forget how to do it". Well, that might be true, the problem is that even though you might remember how to ride the bicycle, it won't be the same taking up on riding a bicycle at 40 years old when your last ride was when you were just 10 years old. It will take some time to re-adapt, which by definition means: To make suitable to the requirements or actual conditions.
The knowledge that this people have nobody can take it away from them as much or as limited it might be. But the sad reality of it is that; no matter how many cycles they did in the past, if they stopped supplementing with performance enhancement drugs for more than two years they will need to start from zero.
A lot can change drastically in one year, that's why doctors emphasize so much in yearly checkups. So imagine now all the things that can actually change in two years and by the way, being young is not an excuse that excludes nobody from this. High blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes and blood disorders are not diseases exclusively for people over 40 years old. These health issues can arise at any given moment and at any age. Doing a multi compound full blast cycle after being inactive for years is not only dangerous it could be deadly. Your body just won't react the same way. You will need to re-adapt. Explaining this to people who have already been at a competitive level or have achieved some sort of status is very difficult and I apologize for saying this, but it doesn't matter if you were a top competitive athlete, if you stopped training, dieting and supplementing with PEDS for half a decade, unfortunately, physically speaking, you went back to point zero. Your knowledge and your achievements are not being taken away, that's yours, but your body is simply not the same and you will need to accept that fact. The problem is that there is an inherent issue embedded deep in the "man" mentality, a term I learned from my wife, which is the "ape mentality", better known as super ego or the "me, me, me, because me and only me" mentality. Is impossible for some of us to step an inch back once we get to a certain level. We think that somehow our accomplishments and ourselves will be annulled or canceled if we give in a little, because me, me, me and how you dare me! Well, being a man sometimes means taking a step back not taking in to consideration who I think I am. Being a man means accepting where I'm at right now for good or for bad. Trying to justify current actions based on my past persona or image is what a silver back would do after hitting his chest several times, because "I've done this and I've done that and who do you think you are you peasant". What I'm trying to say is that; if previously experienced in PEDS brothers come back after a hiatus wanting to pick up just where they left off in terms of supplementing, no matter who they are, they will need to understand and accept that going back to the primary level of doing a Testosterone only cycle is the wise and only way to go. You need to see how your body will react to it this time around. An inflated ego in this lifestyle not only could be dangerous but it could be deadly. Don't be an ape, evolve!
In conclusion, I have this question for you unqualified by age wannabe user, first time user or unknowledgeable brother:
Why are you so desperate bro?!?!
Being in a hurry to gain muscle by misusing compounds won't take you far. On the contrary, you will cut yourself short by having to stop because of health reasons, just because you wanted muscles by yesterday. This lifestyle is a whole 15 round boxing match and you won't make it if you get spent on the first round. Remember: Patience, discipline and consistency are the foundation of this lifestyle (not drugs) and without these aspects you won't be able to build much. It's possible to use performance enhancement drugs and be healthy, but you need to learn from the beginning and forward, not from the end and backwards. If you try to start from the end, it could actually be the end for you. Be wise, be intelligent and be healthy.
This writing wasn't created with the purpose of contention. The time taken to write this document, was out of care and concern for all the brothers in iron who are starting out and as a general guide for those who have no idea of what they are doing or getting into, not out of hate or to shame nobody.
Respect.
PS: Knowledge is key and nothing will replace the knowledge acquired by going to a specialized doctor and getting blood work done periodically.

this should be Stickied.
excellent write up, think you for the time put in.
Thank you bro.
Ok. How about condensing your thoughts....
Just want to commend you on a well written and extremely helpful post +1. The problem is people are still going To act out each scenario listed. It’s the nature of how certain peoples cognitive process works. Just like there is new information everyday on how addicting opiates and other drugs are and more and more people are dying from them, yet more people continue to use and suffer the consequences.
True. Thanks brother.
An edit was made. The 5th scenario was added.
Such a great post, very well written brother!
Thanks brother.
No brother, thank you. Please, continue to your contribution into community with the same effort, you are doing a great job
See to all these whiny new bitches asking how to get karma - THIS is what you do to get some karma! Put some bloody effort in Lol
Well written, quality contribution. +1
Thank you brother.
Lots of great points. Nice write up. ++

Molinin302+1 from me, very well written. Stick around and share contributions like this, its great for the community. Thank you.
An edit was added. A 5th scenario was added.
Thank you brother. I will keep on doing this.
Good for you
The reason is simple. Steroids are an urban legend.
People actually beleive they can look like a bodybuilder just by taking them.
You can’t blame them really. It’s all over the internet.
It’s our nature as men to be lazy...
That’s why this forum is full of ex junkies and ocd people.
Seriously, would a sane person carry bags of food everywhere they go?
Work out on Christmas or leave the Hospital to go lift after there wife just gave birth?
Spend over 40 years trying to look like another man?
Ofcourse not... this lifestyle is not for many tbh.
LoL!
I get called crazy at work for bringing in four giant lunches then they tell me I’m crazy for waking up at 4 am to work out for an hour and a half. Maybe I am crazy but I’m happy
An edit was added. A 5th scenario was added.
OCD people! As I’m reorganizing my cooler and gym bag, thinking about my next 3 works outs and how to convince the Mrs. that I have to workout on Valentine’s Day. Lmao
Yea just about all body builders have a screw loose. It’s to difficult for most people.
My OCD pays my bills, no joke.
Great Post & tonnes of Effort gone into that Bro ++
An edit was added. A 5th scenario was added.
Thank you brother.
Anonvery well written! +1
Your list of 4 scenarios is spot on, I've seen all 4 of them myself.
What I think would make a good addition to your list is a 5th case scenario, for guys who want to do more than just a moderate Test only cycle after years of not running a cycle. And their reasoning...they think because years ago they ran a powerful stack that now they should jump on more than just a Test only cycle. What they fail to realize is how much their own body may have changed, including how they'll respond to Test only. If a guy hasn't ran a cycle in years and wants to run a cycle again he needs to treat it like a first cycle and run Test only.
Good point my man. We see this alot here. "Ran a couple cycles yrs ago, thinking tren this time around."
Yea I’ve noticed that one to.
Thanks brother.
Scenario 5 is actually a good one and quite true. If the system allows me to do the edit I will surely add it up to the guide. Thanks.
AnonYou're welcome bro. Thanks for putting in the work to type this up. Refreshing. Best post I seen in a while.
Give them a vote if you find it helpful.PermalinkI added your suggestion of a 5th scenario.
