+ 5 When to Call it a Wrap
Most of us who truly take advantage of the full benefits that AAS provides us knows that their comes a time to put down the vial and call it a wrap.
The onset of reality steps in....Pct is a very scary time for me so sometimes I try to avoid it like the plague.
A 8 week cycle turns into a 10 week and by 10 weeks I say what the heck I need more then it turns to 16 weeks.
We all strive for self improvement and for some of us like myself we feel the we never achieve quite what we desired so the party keeps rolling.
Well aware of the serious complications that may arise but the feeling of the power and the overall well being is too great.
Suddenly I realize that this cant continue forever and that my body has a natural order that must be respected.Balance must be brought back to where foreign substances have invaded.
Ive had a boost up the ladder now its time to climb all the way up.
Whether or not you feel that pct is the worst part of your cycle like I do.You still feel that it is neccesary to complete total restablelization of your body.
And while the thought always lingers around to tempt you for another week to stretch in your plan I say its time to call it a wrap and Say NO. .. time to heal and come back stronger then before .

Good post. I like to cycle AAS then during off time I run a cycle of Peptides. Of course the feeling and effects of AAS are much greater but I always look forward to my peptide cycles also.
Give in.....the sweet seductive embrace of TRT beckons, welcoming you......don't fight it
Neeeeeevvvvvvvveeeeeerrrr!!!!!! Lol
AnonGreat post, because its always helpful for people to read a story that fits their own dilemas. plus from me
Good post. Right now I'm finishing week four of my PCT. It was so tempting to just cruise and blast. I'm so glad that I didn't. Recovery has been good to me, my pct was in place and I'm keeping my gains.
I'll run bloods in a few weeks post Clomid and Nolva and see where I'm at, but with the way I'm feeling, I'd bet that my natty is up and roaring again.
+1 from me.
Well said bro well said, nearing the end of all my cycles I loathe PCT. The acne from Clomed, the lazy feeling I have not wanting to get out of bed but after about 3 weeks into my PCT protocol, a feeling of normalcy returns to me. Then I can really plan and prep for my next cycle. But the urge to stay on all time, Blast and Cruise, is a constant. Maybe later in life when im in my mid forties but for now. Still planning on having kids and need to cycle on and off. with the longer cycle such as EQ. I only get 2 cycles a year. IF I run shorter cycles Tren, Sus 8 weekers I can get 4. The overall commitment to PCT needs to be there. No one looks forward to being off. But it is a necessary evil for some of us. No bashing the guys on Blast and Cruise, as I too will be there one day.
I definitely enjoyed your post! It's so true, and that is what happened with my (first) cycle! I am in PCT now and I can say that I'm still the same weight as before, and possibly a little more strength, which is very strange.
On the note of the PCT itself, apart from feeling okay, I'm having terrible sides from the Clomid... Visual disturbances, especially at night, hot-flashes, depression, mood swings, and it makes me feel like I'm drugs.....
So yes, I HATE PCT
Added that to my fav bro. Def good motivation to call it quits and recover I have made the mistake of going too long before and it's stupid
GearofWarWell said, Sir. Just as with anything else in life. Good things in moderation. I'm not one to talk because I'm an ex-junky but the operative word here is ex, I suppose. Reality is hard to deal with at times and AAS can be a great crutch, just as with the opiates were for me, but as you say there's a time to man up and say enough is enough. On a side note I'm only 4 weeks on cycle so I've got quite a few more weeks before even having to think about coming off-Thank Christ, lol!
that's a hard battle to fight bro, I was there too at one point of my life. the mistakes we make in life make us who we are today. +2
I know the feeling my dude, getting over the opiates was hard enough on it's own. Health and wellness, Bodybuilding ect.. Saved my life. In prison I kicked H and started training hard, 13 years later im free and ready to take on the world. Fr sent. good to hear another success story.. Keep fighting the good fight.
