What Steroid to use / or How to use for acne free cycle
Hello everyone,
I have one question regarding a T cycle.
Few years ago I ran one cycle (2 months - T Propionate, at the end T Enanthate + HCG for the PCT). When I finished the cycle my skin was like Hiroshima!
Even though I'm thinking for a long time if it would be possible to run the cycle for acne free and how?
Is it possible at all to avoid acne completely?
I would like to run it because I'm on the dead point. My excessive stomach fat doesn't move, no matter what I do and my muscle mass is low, no matter of the diet... I feel always tired and low energy. I don't remember my dreams for the last 20 years. I have also worn out cartilage in my knees, etc... My skin is problematic and therefore I'm afraid to use AAS.
I have to train really hard to gain up to 5 kgs, and when I stop the training for a while, because of work, .... I loose mass very quickly.
That's why I decided to go and try with HGH this year. I'm still waiting for the package.
Will it be helpful if I run very low dose of ANAVAR together with HGH?
I was thinking like 5mg per day, just to add something to enhance my natural reserves. I'm really a newbie in this and just want to know if my thinking is the right one.
I don't need to gain 20 Kgs, just a little to shape my body.... And I was thinking that 5mg is better than none. Together with HGH it should bring some results....?!?
And If I choose to do so. How should I run it? How long? and what to do for PCT (if its needed).
Thank You for any input/ advice/ information in advance.
Best regards,

Area-1255Keeping E2 levels down can help, Acne is related to DHT and E2, but E2/Estradiol more so.
These guys are right man. A lot more effort in the gym does pay off. A lot more workout on diet is a HUGE payoff in regards to how you look/feel get strict on that buddy
It’s been said well below, but if your career causes periods where you can’t train, steroids will be a waste. It’s much easier to maintain the natural gains and a solid base than it is anything exceeding your genetic potential.
If you can’t dedicate 4-5 days a week to your training for the rest of your life, and haven’t been doing so for a few consecutive years already, there’s no point in using them.
There is however some invaluable information here on nutrition and training. Stick around and read up on it.
It’s amazing what you can accomplish through nutrition alone. If you’re concerned about your levels, go see your doc. Don’t entertain self medicating though. 90% of the time people just screw themselves up worse in the end.
Control your estrogen but honestly if acne is a big concern this may not be for you. Try the natural approach and get some strides pads. Most folks get acne at some point whether there on gear on not.
It’s very normal to have to train hard to gain five kgs. Most of us have to train hard just to maintain and keep from shrinking. That’s the grind, and it’s why this game can be so fun. If it was easy everyone would look jacked.
RustyhookerAcne that bad? No steroids then.
Did you test blood week 5? Ai? Full cycle layout?
Sorry for late reply.
No, I haven't checked the blood after, or week five.
Actually I didn't know who to turn to. I was afraid at that time to have problems.... at work, because I used the AAS, etc...
I work as a military and we have these checks... so I just took some time to get cleared....
RustyhookerId avoid aas then. Train hard on the field.
You’re asking for WAAAAY too much info here, buddy. PS. What’s an AI?
RustyhookerArtificial Intelligence. Et phone home..... lol
Lol. Hope you’ve been well buddy. Im finally starting to clear up at work and hoping to be on here more often again.
basskiller89In most cases the cause of acne is very simply a hormonal issue. If you allow your E, DHT, Progesterone or Prolactin levels to rise too high a common side effect is oily skin as well as breakouts. Not to mention gyno, lactation, water retention, high blood pressure and a prostate the size of a small watermelon. While products like Accutane may mask the problem, I encourage you to research ancillaries which will help you bring the above mentioned hormones back to normal physiological ranges. Proper hydration and hygiene will also contribute toward healthy skin. Hope this helps brother, good luck to you
Lots of good replies from everyone.

Hello Sir,
All the information you described above sounds wrong and confusing to me:
Now the way I would go about this:
- come to realisation - PEDs are not a magic pill,
- join eRoids community (that's done),
- research the website as there are lots of great information,
- find the info on nutrition aspects an calorie counting process,
- find the info on training principles,
- find the info on cardio effect on your body,
- and again forget for now that PED's are going to help you to get your dream body, sorry to disappoint you.
Now once you have done with your research, it's time to implement all the new knowledge in to the practice. Follow these steps and I assure you the results will be greater than if you take HGH that you just ordered.
Hope this helps
Regards
JARHEADS advice is spot on!!!!
You need a health check to rule out any underlying issues FIRST.
AND I don't mean to come across as rude but your 41 years old and this may factor into it.
Are you hydrated enough?
Do you eat high energy foods/clean diet?
Training on piont?
All these things need to be addressed before turning to steroids my freind.
Thank You for Your fast replies!
Really appreciate it. And of course, all of You are right. ;)
I should take all this into consideration.
I’ve done some blood tests lately. I asked the doc to check all.... test and hormones level, vitamins, cholesterol, etc...
hopefully i can pick it up this afternoon in the registry. And then i will be able to talk about levels.
Thank You!
Definitely keep us updated about the dr & the bloods. We have many experienced & knowledgeable people here that can help with diet & anything else you might need help with.
Hi again,
I didn't have time to visit the forum before.
I got my test results and they are as follows:
Testosterone= 299.25 ng/dL (reference= 175-781)
Thyroid Stimulating hormone - Thyrotropin= 1.44 mcIU/ mL (Ref= 0.36-3.72)
Trigliceride= 178 mg/dL (Ref= 30-150)
Cholesterol= 211 (Ref= 50-200)
HDL=41.6 (Ref= 40-70)
LDL=134 (Ref= 0-130)
Vitamin D deficient, even though I'm taking supplements (docs prescription)
&
Lactate Dehydrogenase= 159 U/L (Ref.= 313-618)
But Doc said that everything is OK. A little bit elevated Cholesterol, which is still not alarming, and can be maintained with the nutrition probably. I'm trying to avoid the sugar as much as possible. This was my weakest point.
bingo
WARNING: DO NOT TAKE STEROIDS
Based on the limited but EXTREMELY alarming info you posted above, your plans are not conducive to a sustainable weightlifting / health journey / healthy body / and possibly life.
Sort your metabolism out (look to thyroid; include ft3 ft4 rt3 etc.), sort your knees out, diet, gut, belly, mindset, sort your overall health out. Then sort training appropriate to your health issues ("knees, etc"). I wont even advise to look at steroids after that, based on what you write about your 2 month cycle! You need to back away from that stuff completely friendo.
Thank You! For being honest and not mean!
It proves that You're a good person.
Everybody makes mistakes. At least once in life.
That's why I find this forum helpful. Luckily I have found it.
We all have wishes. Some of You have the right natural prerequisites, some don't.
But I'm not insane to, so I will listen to suggestions. I've seen many guys doing it and I thought, there is the way to avoid (minimize) side effects. So I wanted to give it a try.
But health is first!
Thanks again.
Best regards,
Hey brother it honestly sounds to me like you need to see a dr & get a full check up & full blood panel done. AAS doesn’t fix health problems & it could also make it worse or it could be deadly depending on your issues. I wouldn’t do the HGH until you’ve seen the dr either my friend. As far as fat, diet & gym will do it... 75-80 percent diet. Some places are harder to burn, but keep it up bro.
Thank You for the good-natured advice to!
You guys rock!
Zactly!
Anavar only cycles are just for females , if you have excess stomach fat , diet and cardio should help you lose that . I see your 41 , have you had bloods done to see what your natural testosterone levels are ?
Thank You for the reply, and sorry for the late reply back.
I received a few advices here, from the good hearted people. And I suppose I'm not the right type of person to take anything.
But anyway, my T level is: Testosterone= 299.25 ng/dL (reference= 175-781)
