+ 1 What is the correct age???

ad

So i have been reading the forum for a little while now and it seems like people have very mixed feeling on what is the proper age for someone to use AAS, so i thought i would make a topic to discuss this. My question is when do you feel it is "ok" for someone to use AAS, would there be any circumstances that would make it ok like doing show or competitions ect. Also this would be for men and women. The reason im asking is because it seems like i see younger people using AAS or other things.

(I would like to put a little more reason behind my forum topic. To start i am not a young kid looking for an excuse on the internet to use AAS. The main reason for the topic is because i have seen AAS users that are either black and white, on one side you have some almost handing out gear and then others make it seem like they are apart of some elite group. Believe me when i say the last thing i would want is for someones child to use any type of drug. The only reason for the topic was a friendly discussion I am in no way am trying to poke at the fire or change the rules)

Phew!... i just read the thread and now i must log off to go put my eyeballs in the fridge to chill out... LOL

Consider this.
why would you , As a young man want to take steroids?
Your hormone profile is at its highest, you will make quick gains that you can keep.
your natural hormones are x10 better quality than the synthetics, and specifically made by your body for you There are No better steroids than what your body produces, therefore its important to take full advantage of this, and build a natural base. Your natty base will be solid, and strong, and better than any steroid base.
I trained for 6 years Natty, went from 152lbs to 201lbs . 100% natty, and even though i didnt train for several years therafter, i kept pretty much all of it.
Obviously im now back in the gym, and going beyond my natty limits using juice.
Staying natty was the best thing i could have done, and was advised to do so from the gym owner, who trained guys to national level, So his advice was correct for me.

maxmuscle925's picture

Amen to that brother, that's how it should be done.

TheFlash85's picture

i wish the legal age too get tattooed was 25, i swear, if it was, i doubt id have any.

steroids are the same, its not only physical but its mental, its a life long decision, not just a few week ab course for the beach, you are screwing with literally everything in your system.

25 minimum, and thats if you have your head screwed on.

shit, ill be honest, im 30, im a loose cannon, mentally ill etc, it takes every ounce of control and any part of sensible/ matyre in me too do this shit, besides my misses, its one thing in my life i take serious (steroids)

maxmuscle925's picture

Lol, I have a good friend who is a tattoo artist and a lot of his clients are young kids 18-20 years old and a lot of them are fully covered in tattoos. When ever I am over at his house when he is working I always ask his clients what all those tattoos mean, and listen to the ridiculous explanations for why they claim to have gotten them. Neck tattoos sure are popular now too. I remember a day when if you saw somebody with a neck tattoo that person was into some real crazy shit and not to be fucked with. Now everybody and there mom....literally has one it seems.

TheFlash85's picture

i tattoo part time still now, i have tattoos from my chin down, whole body, tattoos mean fuck all, its just a way of individualising yourself from the next person, an extension of your personality, stand out from the crowd type thing.

could not give 2 shits about them, neck tattoos or whatever, ive had them since age 17, ill cut their tattoos off with a stanley knife and sticky tape them too myself for a bit of fun, tattoos aint gangster.

25 minimum.

gensolomon's picture

25 just makes the most amount of sense;

You are fully developed, you have sufficient time spent in the gym and have educated yourself. All major decisions in life have been established. Your career, your family perhaps or have settled down. Have a good job. Immaturity of partying all the time has worn down. Your wild at heart attitude is more conservative at this age. Of course this is on average for most people. Just the way it works

maxmuscle925's picture

I would say that is a morel choice that differs from person to person just like using gear in general. Just like the people who say you should not use gear because its cheating, even though you are not participating in anything that states taking performance enhancing drugs is cheating but some people still think that for whatever reason. Grew up during bush Sr campaign against it I guess. At the end of the day if you are an adult old enough to die for your country you have the right to decide what Is right for you. A lot of people say 25 some 30 etc but also people age and mature differently. Ideally you want to go without until your natural limits are tapped. But how many do really? Many I am sure convince themselves they are, but one small tweak in something could have sparked new gains again. Who knows really? There is a guy 20 years old just became youngest ifbb pro ever. Do you think he is on gear? uhhh yeah. But he is an IFBB PRO at 20, someone tell that guy to wait til he is 25, 30, 40 whatever. O, you cant with any validation because he has achieved at 20, somthing most people on these boards have dreamed about for years and unfortunately will never achieve. At the end of the day as long as your body has matured fully into an adult its up to the person who is considering it to decide. For a reference I know a guy, the first guy I have ever known to take steroids when I was in high school. Was an overly skinny person just like myself back then. At the end of his senior year he was big and ripped. To this day 12 years after high school this guy is a fucking monster I would wager a lot of money to say in terms of shear mass bigger then at least 75% of the people on this board, and in reality probably 95%. The only negative side effect this guy seems to have is no hair lol. But he has always worn a hat. He probably started at like 16 years old. That's how I learned about test for the first time. Although I didn't make the jump until after high school myself. But as far as who should and should not take gear more then anything I think it is based on maturity, discipline, mental ability to deal with stress etc more then a specific age. I have seen older guys get on gear and do worse then younger kids. A lot of older guys turn into bitchy teenage kids again lol. It really just depends on so many factors a specific age is really impossible, especially when telling someone else what they should do and when they should do it. Just my 2 cents

maxmuscle925's picture

Uhhhh right..... I have no idea what you are talking about so no I don't understand anything except your rude ass kick rocks statement. Unless you are assuming just like everyone else that I am advising young people to take drugs, which I did NOT ONE TIME. I just made valid points about how most peoples opinion on age are not entirely warranted and do not have any substantial merit unless talking about the regular joe blow who is taking gear for no real reason but for purely self and vanity reasons. If we are talking about regular people who will never do anything or be anything substantial in terms of bodybuilding or even have the desire then yes a later age is definitely better for taking gear in fact not taking gear at all is the best approach, and if small amounts of drugs are used for longevity and anti-aging purposes then you and your doctor should dictate what is best for you, specifically an endo with a high level of knowledge in the area of performance enhancement. As far as your comment.....uhh take your own advice, you make no valid point of anything, no legit argument, honestly I don't even know what you are talking about. Its only a matter of time before some keyboard tough guy wants to chime in like he is the morel compass of the forum. O sorry RUSTYHOOKER for having an opinion other then the exact same one every other person in this forum has. Sorry I base my opinion on real life and things I have witnessed for myself and not what the heard hears on every other website and forum and regurgitates over and over again. Thank you for your comment.

maxmuscle925's picture

What does that have to do with anything I said? I am not nor is anybody on here giving advice to someone under 25 that I can see. Felicia? Your a classy person. Should I start talking to you about things you are not doing but acting like you are to feel validated. I have only made valid arguments something you seem to lack the ability to do. Perhaps you should learn to read instead of let your drug induced ego fuel your need to justify nonsense through gibberish, COOL ARGUMENT BRO!!!!! I AM NOT ADVISING ANYONE TO DO ANYTHING FOR THE FIFTH FUCKING TIME. Your gonna neg be because you cant have an adult discussion with out getting your little wiener ego bruised. fuckin joke

gensolomon's picture

calm the fuck down bro, ROID RAGE.??

We value the integrity of this board and your posts are not being perceived the way you politically correctly claim that your not encouraging the use of juice at a younger age unless if its for bodybuilding purposes or whatever.

What people read impacts their decisions and perception is everything. Young people are always going to believe they are the exceptions to the rule so please try to understand why everyone is coming at you guns blazings. Your posts (whether your intentions or not) adds fuel to the fire. You don't like the intelligent and conservative way of EROIDS then go hang out on getbig, but don't think for a second your opinion or anyone elses does not lead to poor choices for the people who read them

maxmuscle925's picture

Thank you rusty I appreciate it. I know I should break it up but when your in the zone and trying to explain things in a way that stresses your point and not the imagination of those ready to argue back I don't think about it. Its hard to make people understand a different perspective on things when they already have there mind made up on a situation regardless. But still should try. That is the point is it not? To learn, to expand understanding to grow and realize things that seemed like the most important fade and other things seem more important and substantial. The world looks very different through a straw.

gensolomon's picture

Mens physique and womans bikini turn pro at age 20 all the time, which does not require much development at all. The youngest to turn pro in bodybuilding is 20 years old which is once in 20 years so clearly not a valid example for anything. kind of like seeing a 12 year old with a full grown beard

maxmuscle925's picture

The 20 year old I was referring to turned pro in bodybuilding not physique, and I am sorry but I have to disagree with you on that not being a valid example. The point I made in my post is that there are many variables to consider and everyone develops differently, and development itself has many levels mentally some people never mature enough to take gear in my opinion. I know men in there 50's who still party and get in bar fights and act exactly as some pretty typical 20 something year olds. The point I am saying is you gensolomon, are you going to tell that kid who just turned professional in the sport of his choosing that he is not mature enough to take gear because he is not 25 or what ever age you deem appropriate? NO because he is a PRO Bodybuilder something 99.9% of people on this board or any board will never be. I am not talking generalities I am talking specifics. Are You going to tell JAY CUTLER who was obviously taking steroids before 25 Years that he was wrong to have done so? Or what about Arnold who was rumored to have been taken primo and such in his teens? Bottom line is there is no one size fits all. If you are an adult can go to prison for life or die in some war then your old enough to make that decision yourself. One can easily speak in generalities as most lack discipline more than anything enough to optimize everything to its max potential in regards to bodybuilding. Work, relationships, random issues life throws at you derail you and end up causing more harm many times then taking a little bit of gear at 20 years old or so. Everyone is going to have there opinion and everyone wants to play the Dad and tell you how its done. People want to talk about an age well that can easily be countered with no age is going to stave off the side effects that can occur with steroids and the older you get the less you have the ability to bounce back. You should not touch gear at all unless you are going to become a professional bodybuilder in the ifbb. But lets face it, that is unrealistic. You have your right to your opinion and I respect that 110% but I have to disagree the issue is not black and white at all its very grey just like its use in the first place. Ya 25 is safe, 30 too, but is it best? Most optimal? You don't know. I don't know. Only that persons success and results and health tell you. Some people die at 50 some at 90 why? Everyone is different. Thank you for your response and I hope I do not upset anybody with my direct response. But I have seen and trained with a wide variety of people and I am sorry but generalities on the subject as well as many just don't cut it in my opinion. With that said I am not advising anybody to take drugs. Especially young kids. Especially who have developed no physique naturally. Obviously tapping out your physiques natural limits is going to yield the all around best gains. Just my 2 cents though what do I know. Thank you for reading.

gensolomon's picture

Your point was obvious with your example and no I would not tell Jay Cutler not to take AAS, lmao,..But giving these type of examples sends the wrong message as I stated before the 20 year old who turned pro at The USA is the first to do so since Lee Priest who both competed for 5 years before turning pro, a rare breed and an elite class among billions of people, which makes your point mute, so my argument is this 99.9999% should wait untill their older and your argument only favors the. 0000001% that are made that way

maxmuscle925's picture

Maybe I can explain my stance on this a little differently so people will stop assuming my point was to encourage in anyway drug use by the young or anybody at all for that matter. I understand that you think my point is the exception and not the rule and you are right. But with that said the main point I am making is that when you and all of these people start saying specific ages when its best to take gear YOU and EVERYONE else in my opinion are sending the wrong message to people in that age category. Many people who come on these forums are delusional, many people at the gym, many people in general do not have any idea what dieting is really like, training and intensity really are. 25, 30, 35 years old doesn't matter they can and are just as delusional as a 20 year old kid in many cases. Throw in a midlife crisis and these people are going to come on here cuz there gym buddy does or something and go on and read everyone comment about age, they are going to read 25 this 30 that whatever and they are going to order some shit off line or get some shit from there gym buddy and get on. They are still going to eat Mexican food and drink beer they are going to feel young again horny all the time and start making some bad decisions as well as jeopardize there health. It is all because the only part they are going to focus on is the part where everyone is saying yeah u shouldn't do it but if your 30 well then you can if you want. Age is not at all as important as mental, physical development and discipline. The examples I have used were people who were young and had those qualities in abundance and will serve them and there health much more then waiting a couple more years. That is the point I am making. Age should dictate far less then overall development of the human being in whole. And as I said in some other posts when you are young and you fuck up, your body is much more prone to bouncing back with minimal side effects then when you are older. Obviously that is within reason if you have some 17 year old kid get on 3 grams a week of drugs for 6 months then just come off well he is probably going to be fucked for a good while, but still has a better chance or recovering then a guy who is 37 whos body is in a natural state of declining hormones already. Again I am not advocating the young the old or anybody else to take drugs at all. I am definitely not advising young kids to take drugs that could have serious side effect to there health and quality of life. But again the question should not be what age to take gear but when should someone take gear in general. Most everyone on here I bet assumes they train hard and diet good even though a lot I am sure still go out and have some beers or wine, eat some junk food on the somewhat regular and many other things probably even worse such as other drugs etc. But it doesn't stop them, they live in a comfortable state of denial. With that said I am sure some do diet hard and train hard and are the real pioneers of these forums. But that's what I hate about these forums, everyone knows, they always know everything although since you are not seeing each other in real life you cannot judge this persons body language, demeanor, quality of there physique, or get a good idea of their character. Better not have an opinion based on over a decade of real life experience and observation that differs from what everyone else says because people who live behind a keyboard and spend all of there time on a forum always know more. To be perfectly honest I enjoy helping people and advising people to look at the big picture and constantly be open to a bigger perspective but you get pitchforks for having a differing opinion on most any forum. At a very young age I have been exposed to all of this stuff. I had access to every single steroid that is out today because a friend of mines family basically had a pharmacy I mean like willy wonka of performance enhancements the only thing I think I never saw was cheque drops lol. I have seen and met many of the people who bought gear from them and witnessed a lot for years became friends with a lot of people who use gear, who I am still friends with and the reason I say this is because everything I say I have witnessed first hand myself. I have seen people on gear from age 18-60+ and some of those younger kids are full blown adults now some who still take it and some who don't, many have done well are open about there use and are fine and some of those middle age people are on and some not on, some are ok some got pretty messed up for awhile and maybe more because they dissapeared. Again not saying that this is a rule but also not saying that what everyone else says should be the rule either. Full human development much much much more important. Anyways thank you for your reply. I enjoy our discussion and respect your opinion. I hope I haven't offended to many people.

gensolomon's picture

dude, I am sorry bro but I cant read that, it hurts my eyes, paragraphs brother, use spaces between every 5 or 6 lines.

I only read the first sentence and you stated you were not encouraging use at an early age. Your intentions are not what matters here, it is the way your posts are being perceived on forums by young people..

....Because of your posts above (almost all of them) 1 or maybe 10 of the 200 delusional young bodybuilders juiced to the gills on this site will be encouraged to chase this nearly impossible bodybuilding dream and believe me it doesn't pay off

maxmuscle925's picture

Yes I realize I should have broken it up. Well the point I was making was that when everyone puts so much emphasis on age, older people will see that they meet the criteria and believe it or not unrealistically think they are ready for the use of gear. So with the big emphasis on age and for the same reason, and what you said from your statement was I was encouraging the youth to take steroids and chase that dream. It is doing the same to people older.

I have witnessed first hand many older people delusion themselves and use gear irresponsibly because they also see what they want to believe. They had a divorce, mid life crisis whatever it is and they see 30 well I am 42 and they think they are ready when they aren't even close, with the added bonus of not bouncing back like younger people tend to because at there older age they are naturally in a state of decline. I am fine with the 25 or 30 rule on this forum but it encourages and validates peoples desires and shortcuts.

Maybe its just were I live. A lot of people do gear, there are tons of gyms and when an older person fucks themselves up it tends to be more serious. Just what I have witnessed. Just saying full development of human being as in mental, physical, emotional, etc. number one and most important, age some what distant second when considering peds.

iFit's picture

No way I am going to read any of the huge blocks of words you wrote but just to make sure we are all on the same page you need to accept the fact that Eroids doesn't provide advice to anyone under 25. If you are a member under 25 it's best to just sit back, read, learn and observe.

maxmuscle925's picture

I am 29 years old and have not advised anybody to do anything for the last time. I am simply making valid points about what happens when you start building up age as such a big factor of importance. It would be nice if you would read the post because I believe I make some very valid arguments. I understand the rules of the board and am not breaking any rules. I will not knowingly advise anyone under 25 about anything gear related. I don't understand why I cant have an opinion and have everyone freak out because it differs in a slight way from the board rules. Because I disagree with age being the most important factor in taking gear everyone just assumes im like this creep tying to get kids to take a bunch of steroids. Sorry for having an opinion based on real life experience. I should be able to disagree or agree with whatever I want as long as I do not break the rules. Is that fair? I mean come on. This RUSTYHOOKER guy negged me because he ASSUMED nonsense. Not a very welcoming feeling to people like myself who have a lot of knowledge with gear ,nutrition , training, who has worked in the supplement and fitness industry for a decade and has a college education. If ignorant people want to come at me because of there own assumptions I will gladly leave and take everything I have to offer the community with me.

iFit's picture

Okay. But I'm still not reading them. I have a very short attention span. Bullet points work best. If one of my employees at work sends me an email like that it just gets deleted.

kodiakGRRL's picture

the percentage of people who are that genetically gifted is so low that it doesn't make it worth advising "young" people to go on gear. Too many people aren't willing to invest the time into themselves and want a short cut not realizing without a good foundation they will lose what they gain

As for your friend I m fairly certain he in all likelihood experienced other issues that he did not or was not willing to speak about ...

maxmuscle925's picture

Perhaps you misread, or I miswrote my message. I am not advising drug use at all and especially not to young people. In fact I am not advising anything at all. I am saying that everyone else with there advising should look at the big picture. I agree 100% with what you are saying about investing time into yourself and not wanting short cuts but guess what, older people like shortcuts and are just as lazy as younger people, in some cases more so because they might not have the discipline from having a job and school and what not. So someone saying it is fine for a 40 year old to take gear who has little discipline, developed not at all to his full potential but says he has because he weighs 220lbs will read that post from somebody and think its all right to jump on. Then it turns out this guy has medical issues that are getting worsened. It turns out the 12 percent body fat he said he had was 25 percent body fat, his training was shit he just builds this shit up in his mind from going on forums or whatever. Then this guy comes off and is fucked. His body doesn't bounce back, nothing. He goes to the doctor and now cannot get any boner or anything and has to go on androgel or trt for life or a very long time until he gets sick of pinning every week. So that's fine to do? Everyone just advise away because never met anyone over 25 who was unrealistic with there expectations of things and they always have discipline and never look for a shortcut. But ya tell that 20 year old kid who is a workhorse disciplined as fuck who loves bodybuilding not to take gear, because he might be Jay Cutler. As far as my friend maybe there was maybe there wasn't. But guess what 30 year olds have issues with gear too because the main part about the issue with gear is the side effects of the gear not the side effects from your age. With that said you are making assumptions and we all know what assuming does. I respect your opinion and I hope you do not get offended by my reply back I just have a different opinion. But I want to clarify I AM NOT ADVISING ANYONE TO TAKE ILLEGAL DRUGS THAT MAY POSE HEALTH RISKS AT ANY AGE. Thank you for reading and I appreciate your reply and input kodiak.

kodiakGRRL's picture

I didn't qualify an age with my statement

Too many people aren't willing to invest the time into themselves and want a short cut not realizing without a good foundation they will lose what they gain

so perhaps you assumed I was talking about the youngsters...

I was really commenting on your post ... however, if we are playing the averages, older people are more likely to be more mature than younger people.. nature of the beast..

I m not sure why you want to talk about me making assumptions I made a very short statement which you read quite a lot into I made two factual points and one surmising that there was more to the story of your friend who started in high school..

I m not offended

Not to mention I really didn't offer up an opinion on advising older folks other thant to say what i said about youngsters ....

maxmuscle925's picture

Sorry, since everyone and also in your post talked of youth it seemed that you were using that as the basis of the person I new in high school having more side effects that were not talked about. And yes I assumed you were talking mostly of the youngsters since that seems to be the topic of every persons response to my posts and the fact you also talked about youngsters. Yes older people do tend to be more mature but in this world people come in all types and I have witnessed first hand, my own eyes older people do just as much if not more then younger people in some instances to there health as well as just general environment.

When an older man gets on some gear and instantly feels invincible like he is 18 years old again. Has a crazy high libido and just got out of a marriage or something you can guess what happens. Young friends partying, bars chasing women etc. A lot already lived that lifestyle before they even got on. I have met many people 30-60+ years old and think to myself damn, the most disciplined this person has ever been was probably when they were in high school. But yes in general older people have more real life wisdom through life experience. Some people are born a knucklehead and will die a knucklehead.

You are right too many people do not invest the time or develop the discipline and yes that is many younger people as well and not at all people I would ever advise or even talk to at all about really anything bodybuilding related, because even things like nutrition more then one time because they wont follow through with it but that is also a lot of older folks as well too.

Anyways I appreciate your response, thank you kodiakGRRL

You do a lot of writing and seem to have certain opinions which all seem jumbled up to me......... i am having a hard time understanding what you are really all about.

Do me a favour man so that i can simply bin all the words and get a better idea of who you truly are and what you stand for........... 1 picture speaks more than a 1000 words.

Stick a self pic up in the picture section for me please man so i can get a real feel for you..... thanks.

maxmuscle925's picture

Yes I can see how things get jumbled, when I am trying to make a point I, a lot of times just start kind of fire hosing stuff out. I realize it can be hard to understand and I should probably just not speak of anything where my opinion differs from every other person on the board lol. Just to make things easier for everybody. I have been trying to figure out how to put pictures up lol. However I would not be posting anything with my face and honestly since I was negged for whatever reason again I probably will just delete my account on the site or stop interacting altogether:(.

If you cannot tell I do not spend times writing on forums. I read a lot but never post do to the fact that if you do have something different or new to say, watch out if other people don't want to hear it and it takes them out of there comfort zone. Most people like everything packed neatly in a nutshell, black and white, republican or democrat regardless of real life being in the ambiguous grey.

My only goal here was to help some people, make people think and look at the big picture a little more and to accumulate some karma points so I can get a discount and write a review in which I have extensive knowledge and experience with many products already from sources on the board some of which I have been ordering for a decade. I could write a review on already but would love the discount.

Anyways Thank you for your time Viking. I appreciate every bodies input except rusties who seems to just talk a lot of shit and call me random names for whatever reason and I think wanted me to look at a link that said one insult and another link that was broken.....idk. Thanks.....

Catalyst's picture

I'll put this directly to you, we're all grown ups right? The problem you're having is you arrived here then start detailing your opinions in a manner that's a little too forthright. I'll give you an example, what you posted in my diet clinic. You jump right in and post what you call a "standard body builders diet", and how you're happy to answer questions. Here's your diet, posted by you:

Meal1 3 whole organic jumbo eggs/8oz egg whites, 2 piece Ezekiel bread
Meal 2 1 cup oatmeal 50 grams whey isolate
Meal 3 1 cup rice 1/2lb 96 lean ground beef

First 3 meals are pretty much always the same give or take a banana but the last 3 or 4 can very slightly depending on how I feel look schedule etc.

Meal 4 50 grams Whey isolate with cytocarb or or 1/2lb chicken breast with cytocarb
Meal 5 Whey isolate with dextrose creatine..... the usual stuff.
Meal 6 1/2 lb chicken breast with cytocarb or perhaps almond butter
Meal 7 whey/casein shake maybe some almond butter just depends

You announce this as "a standard body builders diet". Just so we're all clear, it's an an ugly diet and it most certainly isn't what you claim it to be. You aren't in a position to guide anyone if this is what you eat. The diet clinic isn't for that, especially when you eat protein powder and little else. See how it looks? You're dishing out your opinion everywhere and I've bitten my tongue until now. You've got too much to say too soon.

maxmuscle925's picture

Little else then protein powder? I consume over half of my protein from whole food and that is with eating nearly 2 grams of protein per lb of desired lean body weight for me. For me I am hitting 1 gram of protein for desired lean bodyweight, which is 200lbs or so from whole food.

50 grams from eggs 50 from beef 100 from chicken breast unless my schedule is slightly different I opt for the whey instead of chicken because for me is better on the stomach if I have to train 45 min or so after the meal.

And hydrolyzed whey isolate is a fantastic protein source with an extremely high bio availability.

Ugly diet? Slow carbs early in the day and fast carbs later all around my workout out to utilize insulin response. And varied alternating amino acid profiles from constant changing protein sources.

If focused primarily on cutting could opt out fast carbs for slow like oatmeal, yam etc. Or primarily on bulking could add in more carbs or different carbs earlier in the day as well.

Creativity does not mean ugly, just because its not chicken brown rice and broccoli 6 times a day.

Typical bodybuilding diet as in 6+ meals a day with even amounts of protein, and fats and carbs distributed based on needs.

I will try and be less forthright from here on out sir. Thank you for your patience with me.

maxmuscle925's picture

Other roid site? I assure you I post on no other site that I can remember. I am only a member of one other forum and have not posted there in a very long time. Like I said I don't write on the forums, but right now I am trying to rack up some karma points which seems to be backfiring lmfao. I want that discount, I am ordering a lot of shit. Bonus, if someone hooks me up I will shut the fuck up forever Smile only need 15 points.

If you gave me the karma point back I thank you.

Personally I would say no earlier than 30. Most are still finding there path and place in life in their 20's. Stability in the home, job/career, a "history" under the weights, adjusting routines, diet, knowing your body in its natural state. Syncing the mind with the body takes time and best done under no type of influence. If one has spent the time, invested the sweat, reached a point where you are mature enough to make the decision because it was completely educated, not second guessed, but deliberately worked towards through years of intensity, you have a right to make that choice for yourself. Any earlier and you lose all rights to maximum potential, and are left learning your body in an unnatural state. Chasing the dragon

Doesn't just come down to age.... Above 25 is a must but it comes down to maturity aka a 35 year old child. You need to have your shit together aka good job to provide yourself with good nutrition a lot needs to be taken into consideration not just age.

Yep I see guys who admit to me that they're running gear yet they hardly eat and wonder why they look the same after it's over. And a good diet is a whole lot more expensive than a cycle. Just because you can afford to grab a couple bottles of test doesn't mean you can afford to eat like you need to in order to utilize it

Takes a real man to admit when it just isn't time, to be able to assess the situation as a whole and look at themselves without sugar coating i, not telling themselves what they want to hear but what they themselves need to hear instead. Right on.
