What is going on with this bloodwork?
Hello community. I'll preface this post with a short story. I was out of the gym scene for a while and haven't used anabolics in quite a few years, but I have been interested in seeing where my body is. So, I go to the clinic in September of 2017 and get some blood work done to see where I stand. Surprisingly, testosterone comes back @ 573 ng/dL with the metabolic panel tests all showing within range.
Fast-forward to last week. Since January, I have been back in the gym steadily improving, making some gains, and have been eating beast-mode. I get blood work done last week and Wowzers Batman! I do not understand the changes. Test drops to 353 ng/dL, BUN and BUN/Creatinine are high, AST and ALT are high, etc.
It doesn't seem logical that my test plummets, but I'm assuming the other elevations are due to increased muscle stress and high protein intake?
For reference:
Prolactin = 12.7 ng/mL
Free Test = 9.6 pg/mL
Estrogen Total = 67 pg/mL
I'm looking for some good advice and feedback from the community on what this all could mean. Any preferred forum postings that show what a normal range on these parameters are for an anabolic user v. a natural male?
I thank anyone in advance for taking time to read and comment.
Please move if this is posted in the incorrect forum location.

Supps, giardap, Dacky,
Thanks for the advice of considering outside factors like sleep, meal timing, and time of day. Let me run this again in a couple weeks and see what changes having considered all advice.
Hello Sir,
Test results will depend on a lot on the factors like nutrition the day before, activities you done the day before and so on. I normally would have my last meal about 6pm the night before and would do the blood work first thing in the morning, fasted obviously.
I always recommend to repeat blood work for 2-3 times to have an average number.
I bet you will be surprised with numbers if you do your test again now.
Hope this helps
Regards
Circadian rhythm, most likely
8am tests only. Get sleep.
Are you in a deficit right now? If so how big a deficit are you running?
Where both blood tests done fasted first thing in the am? For hormone levels they need to be tested this way.
Even things like acetamenaphin could be the culprit. There is some new research on how it isn't good for our hormones and it's also hard on the liver
Gotcha. I can’t recall if I had taken any around the time of the sample. Thanks for the heads up.
RustyhookerBun goes high with protein use.
Liver enzymes... alcohol, meds, etc? Suppliments? Hydration?
Test dropped.... im wondering if your test is correct. You mentioned clinic... possibly a scam to sell you expensive meds? Stress, meds, foods can dump test levels. Estro is up a bit too. Id check your inputs and retest
Privatemdlabs or others.
Thanks Rusty.
No drink, no smoke, and continually filling the water bottle. At this point, I only take a multivitamin.
Clinic = family practice but sends blood samples off to a lab.
I’ll test again in a couple of weeks; different lab perhaps. Thanks again sir.
