ad
Eroids Nation,
We all have one thing in common! Goals! Goals that we dream to achieve! Whether pushing hard day in and day out to achieve your dream body or training to being able to compete in a triathlon, we all have goals! If we have come this far to be apart of this community chances are we all have chosen to take the next step in performance enhancing drugs.
But we all still take our staple supplements and this is where I would like to know what is in your arsenal? What are the supplements you can not live without?
I choose the following:
- Whey Protein
- Cassien Protein
- Glutamine
- Multi vitamins
- Bcaas
- Various pre-workouts
- Nitric oxide booster
- Fish Oil
- L-Glutamine
If you have any recommendations for certain brands Please feel free to comment!!
Thank you and Focus!

StevebStudies show they actually make it harder to gain muscle
Damn I’ll have to look that up. What a racket. I shoulda started a supplement company...
StevebI know some guy who owns a max muscle. He said yeah 80% of this shit does not work and if it does it gets banned
I just use multivitamin every day and I will use protien powder if I am in a hurry and can’t get a meal in. I didn’t know I could thumbs up my own reply. I just did it. Tried to take it back but couldnt
It lets you thumbs up yourself but it doesn’t give you any karma. I’ve done it before by accident and the number didn’t move. I’ve negged myself too. Didn’t matter.
Don't worry bud - your thumbs up don't count anyway until you hit 50 karma.
Fish oil gives me indigestion... blurp... just eat more fish! I'd add creatine and turmeric to ur list. Also B-complex vitamin, zinc, and magnesium...
Vit C should be added
unreal89Non gmo pea protein, Creatine, bcaas.
Mostly what was said already add
Vitamin c 5,000 mg
Fishoil especially when taking orals
Dandelion root
I'm using minimal supps right now. Whey Isolate, BCAA's, Cyclic Dextrin, and a small amount of creatine.
I've got to say bud I've been experimenting today with Cyclic cluster dextrin and I just can't get into it - Tried Vitargo and waxy also and I just keep returning to Dextrose. I think its the fact they don't contain actual sugar that I just don't feel anywhere near as good and energized on them even though they are in effect supposed to be superior as an energy source. I don't think they work as well with gear requiring high levels of sugar such as tren & Dbol.
The list is too long to write here literally! I take a huge variety of supplements. many of which are listed here by others. I do take a high dose amount of antioxidants, Omega3, and of course the basics in protein, creatine, BCAA's etc.
Yea me too. People at work think I’m crazy. Thought about putting what all I take and why, but it would take to long to peck out on a tablet, plus even here people would probably think I’m nuts!
Alphamale500For heart and cardiovascular health; Grape Seed Extract, Policosanol, trans-Resveratrol, CoQ10, Fish oil/Omega-3 fatty acid, Garlic extract, baby aspirin, plant sterols and Pumpkin seed oil. And roughly 40g of added soluble fiber per day.
For anti DHT/prostate health;
(Saw Palmetto extract, Pygeum extract, pumpkin seed oil, Lycopene), and chelated zinc.
Liver Health;
Milk thistle extract(80% silymarin content), NAC, Phosphatidylcholine, alpha Lipoic acid
Kidney function;
Cranberry concentrate
For overall health;
Multivitamin and mineral, high potency B complex, chelated Magnesium, K-2, broad spectrum probiotic(2 billion cfu), D-3, Biotin, DIM Complex. I also take a small dose of bioperine(black pepper extract) with certain supps/vitamins/foods to increase absorbtion rate.
There is no research to support the alleged 'benefits' of Saw Palmetto for Prostate health, and you should be very careful about taking Aspirin. Recent research indicates that it is not a preventative strategy, and can be detrimental to your health unless you are in a certain risk category.

Whey, Milk Thistle, Tudca, NAC, Pygeum, Vit D3, Multi Vitamin, DIM, Berberine and Magnesium.
I use both Bulkpowders & Myprotein and have done for years. Bulk slightly have the edge for me but aren't as reliable on delivery lol
I'm a massive believer in supplements to help you achieve your goals, I've trained with and without and there's no way you can get to your absolute best on just food and homemade shakes. I use Isopro whey, hydrowhey, Dextrose, Creatine, glutamine, HMB, Vitamin D, waxy/maltodextrin occasionally
Whey iso, caesin, tuduca, milk thistle, fish oil, coQ10, collagen protein, iron, multi vitamin.
For brands, I really like myprotein for the whey and caesin
IanMcqueenThat’s a good line up bro! Thanks for your input!
