Weight gain from cycle

ad

Im curious as to how much weight everyone is gaining from their cycles. If you care to contribute please list your cycle layout and weight from the start to after PCT. Like this:

Test e 1-12 600 mg
starting weight 199
ending weight after pct 209

If you have a look at the EBC (Eroids Body Challenge) you can see the cycle's people took, their start weight, end weight and physical difference.

Hope this helps

Ill narrow this down.
"weight gained" in my aforementioned post, stood for LBM. NOT FAT. Thats not the goal of cycling. And I want the weight after PCT. Which means after you lose the WATER weight. I recognize there are many factors that effect our weight and it is potentially imposssible to accurately measure how much "weight gained" was actual muscle and not tissue or fat. But say you gained 10 lbs after pct is done and your bodyfat % stayed the same. Than you could list your post and claim those 10 pounds as weight gained.

Still there are soo many other factors to consider:

Muscle glycogen
Water retention - you will still have water in your system
Eating habbits/diet
Training
Sleep
Time of day
If you have been toilet
If you have trained
....the list goes on........

12 week cycle, in week 9:
Test e 1-9 600mg
starting weight 162
current weight 180
starting BF 15%
current BF 10.9%

so not only have i put on 18lbs but i've leaned up a bit as well.

Weight #'s aren't necessarily BIG picture when you include recomp values... Just saying ;)
