+ 1 Weekly Grocery Bill
ad
So I have seen a lot of talk on here about how much people spend on groceries in a week since I've signed up to this wonderful site. I've been here a few years now, and I don't post often. Also I understand that you're trying to discourage the reliance on drugs, but I believe it to be despairing to some users when they hear how much your grocery bill is, and that this thread could maybe give some examples of weekly grocery lists and costs of items on said lists and weekly totals and maybe stats as a comparison.
So post the following if you feel so inclined:
Items, item cost
Total cost,
Stats and maybe some background on goals you're eating for.
My phone is about to die, but I'll post mine tonight.
Thanks to anyone who participates.

You probably have access and don't even realize it. You may have to drive a couple hundred miles but with some investigating I bet you'd find something. And once you eat farm raised beef pork or chicken you'll be hooked
bigmurphYou might be right im actually moving soon so I will be far away from the city im in where im going there is alot more country near by up there im sure there is probably something close even.
You can't even buy ground beef in the store at that price . You pay hanging weight , that's with the bones but you really don't loose that much
bigmurphI bet it comes out to a really good deal actually but you have to have a deep freeze for all that meat.
I like though that he will cut it how you want it.
That way you can get your ground beef mixed lean or fat. Also get all your big roasts cut down so you don't have to cook 10lbs at a time.
I have a lot of ground beef made my roast into 4 pounds. Then stew meat and rest steaks
I'm spending 20$ a day eating 3400 calories. Some days I'm having fish, shrimp or beef that cost 6-8$/lb. I'm buying rice in bulk from Costco and eating tons of real pasta to get carbs in. I get my produce every three days so it doesn't go bad.
Buy in bulk. ( Sam's club , Costco, bjs)
Produce is always bought at the produce store.
Saves $$$$$$$
I rarely walk into chain supermarkets. Hope this helps
About $150 a week, sometimes a little more or less depending on if I'm bulking or not ;)
