+ 2 Way to many MODS!
I'm on this site more than I spend time with my fiancé haha jk but I'm on alot and lately I've noticed that there are wayyyyyy to many people acting like mods and sources I think it's great that people help out but you do not have a mod tag and should know your role before you get banned! Especially some newer guys
As for the newer guys mods look over this site and make sure no bs happens and do a damn good job im no kiss ass but i run a business its hard to pay attention to every detail but half the reason you get good gear is because of them good luck finding a site like this!
My suggestion to anyone that decides to go at it with mods as much as it might suck shut up and keep your mouth shut even if you think your right would you rather lose all chances of getting the best gear out? Or let your ego down for once

It's actually helpful when the members step up and let someone know "you can't post that here" or "read the rules , you're gonna get flagged for that". It's being a responsible member. There's definitely a line. Try not to cross it! Like using Bold red to virtually Yell at someone like a mod would. Yeah, nobody is gonna appreciate that coming from a member. But don't hesitate to help. And when someone is acting like an asshole or doing something shady, some ppl seem to think it would be "snitching" to come to us. Uuummmm, if I'm not mistaken, this place is here for YOU to find quality goods and hold these sources accountable unlike 5-10 years ago when we were all getting smoke blown up our asses from some of these turds. Snitching is something that a gangster does to another gangster. Like two ppl who have taken the omertà and one decides he don't like the idea of sitting in the can so he goes back on his word and rolls on his brothers to save his own hide. That is a snitch. Pointing out some shit that could get us scammed or even put us in jeopardy ,that isn't snitching. You're all civilians. None of you are drug lords or Cosa Nostra ,so that term is silly on this forum. But again , helping us out by letting ppl know they fuck up is a good thing and we encourage it. Within Reason

AnonI dont know, I think the mods do a great job, but if member wants to try and help that seems fine to me. I guess I havent noticed any big dramma otherwise I might feel different . I just always got the idea both the mods and sources liked when we answer silly questions or guide people about rules. Seems like they are busy enough without having to deal with every little thing.
Kind of like when a child in a household gets old enough he is supposed to help out.

So yeah!... we are pretty busy and deal with a mixed bag of problems on an hourly basis...... i for one think we do pretty damn good..... 5 of us inc BFG........... not bad huh!
RustyhookerExactly why it's helpful to the MODS to keep pages/forums correct. There's guys posting ok to crap cycles. Without folks in knowledge posting a correct layout someones gonna get hurt. MODS do a great job but folks need to help keep it real

Sometimes it's helpful to have members let someone know "hey edit that you can't post that" or anything a like. Sometimes it's just a karma trip too.

I personally think it's a good thing we police each other -better a fellow member remind me of the rules than a mod...

Our Mods love to hear our points. They don't want to ban guy's,however the rules are rules ! They are there to keep us safe ! Yes I don't like it when they are going back and fourth on someone's page, sometimes they need to Pm each other and work it out. We all also know it sometimes Don't happen that way ! They have the hardest job on here !
