Water retention
ad
just a random question I was just wondering which would cause more water loss glycogen depletion or very low estrogen?
Say if someone was not on gear and they crashed there estrogen or they went on a 0 carb diet which one would cause more water loss from muscle?
this is just a random question and will not be doing either as I have no bloat and I use a low dose AI but just for my own knowledge.
Cheers guys

cdaddy7Let me add to that, low estogen causes adrenal issues and throws off sodium/potassium ratio. It actually causes dehydration and your body will try to hang onto the fluids. The bloat that might be confused would actually be abdominal and not all over from the small bowel obsrtuction or constipation. So the answer is yes on the low estro and water loss. Does that make sense?
Yes mate sorted thanks alot
Thanks for the question Perryhecker.. Reading the comments has helped me out as well.
no prob always good to learn new stuff ahaa
tread-mI'll add to cdaddy here always appreciating his comments and say, the carb issue is more about fat for me but if you follow proper protocols water is not that big of an issue. Drink 1.5 gals of water ed in cycle, use you AI , eat properly and very important , LIMIT SALT INTAKE. Salt is needed as a biner to hold water in the body, if you follow the simple guidelines we talk about often you will not have issues. I am guilty on on occassion of falling off of protocol and can pay for it very quick such as I did this weekend. From last night o this morning I dropped 5 lbs by adding in my diuretic and pounding water like you would not believe for being a bad boy! Not all 5 lbs water but I suspect at least 2 given 30 trips to the bathroom! Lol..just stay on protocol brother and all is well.
Yes thanks for that mate and I agree 100% but I am not too worried about bloat I was just wondering for no use what so ever if crashed estrogen or a 0 carb diet which one would cause more water loss from muscle as you know when you are glycogen depleted you lose alot of size and look very flat I was just wondering if low estrogen does it to the same extent or only slightly.
cdaddy7Wisdom as always master tread, thank you sir
cdaddy7Too much estrogen can lead to bloating, having too little estrogen can also contribute to abdominal discomfort. Estrogen effects bile production so when estrogen levels are low, bile production decreases. Bile is fluid produced by the liver that aids in digestion. Bile helps to emulsify fats from the foods we eat and aids in cholesterol synthesis. It acts a lubricant for our small intestines. Without proper lubrication, stool can clog up in the small intestines and cause bloating, as well as constipation.
Ill do some reading into the whole bile thing thanks bro
