+ 1 Vitamin B-6 Prolactin inhibitor
ad
I hit some vitamin b-6 @ 600mgs per day and vitex @ 800mg per day and i gotta say im very impressed by the results. results were as good as caber. Im used to taking prami but i find it very weak for inhibiting prolactin and it come with side effects worst then a hangover sometimes. from now on im going to stick with vitamin b-6 & vitex and thats what i recommend
note : im not on cycle right now, but im recovering from one. this is off cycle advise
dont use more then one week, preferably do two days on then four days off

Hey Beast grats on Pro, and good topic.
I personally have only ever used B6 while on 19nor's. last time I ran deca was taking 300mg deca and 100mg testE 2x a week I used 200mg / 100mg B6 alternating ED. I started it at 300mg 2x ED but got worried about over doing it so I dropped it down. I am currently taking 100mg trenA eod and using just 100mg B6 ED. I keep prami on hand but using the B6 I haven't ever needed it. I am going to see my trt dr on the 13th and get some labs done. I will let you guys know what they say when I get them.
Good topic man, thumbs up.
Witchcraft!
RustyhookerWorld health organization and all medical sites state that past 100mgs/day is hazardous and gives permanent nerve damage.
oh shit really??? can one feel nerve damage happening, cause Im taking 400mg and dont notice shit
http://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/VitaminB6-QuickFacts/
this says that the nerve damage will stop and go back to normal once one stops taking the B6, as well as it taking more than a year of high B6 use to cause the nerve damage
I've got plenty of nerve damage to share.. but it's not from over dosing on b6.. When it happens it just happens.. There's usually no warning signs and it can only get worse.. If you're lucky and it heals it will take years.. at least it did for me and I still have issues =/ Just letting you know it is NOTHING you want to have
RustyhookerAccording to mayo clinic, world health organization and the others....nope it doesn't reverse. Nerve damage is permenent.
I know it works, but do you think there is any neg sides from such a high dose of B6 for a extended period of time? common dosage is only 100 to 200 mg a day
yes u can get nerve damage from overdosing on b6, which is why i do two days on and three to four days off, this is off cycle advise, never try to it on cycle
You wouldn't use it on cycle? What the diff between in and off cycle... There's quite a bit of dudes who use it on cycle at 600mg for prolactin
I would love to see who neged me on that post, that didnt even make sense
WithdrawlProbably fat fingers on a phone lol.
RustyhookerTouchscreen phones are the devils. Most likely big thumbs accident
dont know could of been a accident but +3 brother
thanks homie, I dont care what people say about you, you are a good dude lol
No problem, ur an old member and i remeber u had way more karma then u do now
well because u would need to use it daily which makes it dangerous because ur overdosing . imagine using it for 8 weeks straight @ 600mg daily, its reckless but i imagine some ppl got away with it
Why use it 600mg 2 on 2 off instead of just using 200 to 400 mg daily, results should be the same
i nvr tried that, from my understanding u need to run it @ 600mg, or thats what i been told.. i ll do more research and get back to u
I use 400mg daily in conjunction with prami on tren cycles, blood tests show prolactin in correct levels
