Two weeks into cycle, shoulder injury.

Feels like my rotator cuff, any sort of benching (incline, decline, flat) or military press is pretty excruciating. Real sharp, stiff pain. Having just getting into my cycle, how should I go about recovery? Should I just avoid benching and military press for a while? Any advice?

Advice here is all good except for the supplements. Save your money.
AnonWhen the check engine light comes on, don't ignore it. Check out my pics a simple scope is a piece of cake, if you damage it further and they open you up for a rotator cuff surgery, you'll be down longer than a couple of months. Its been 10 months for me and I'm still not back to normal.
Like jarhead said... MRI
Shoulder injuries are nothing to mess with. I actuakky have a slight labrum tear and rotator cuff fray according to an mri I had done. I couldn't do chest for a couple months. Went through physical therapy and have since learned to workout virtually pain free. I just have to be careful and use good form. Especially with benching. I don't go for max. I go with what I know I can handle and I don't always go for failure. I also still struggle with shoulder presses. Be careful def do not rush it. It can take months. Sometimes if it's serious.... Or worse.. Surgery. Good luck bro.
MRI is your best bet. I had the same thing just happen to me. I thought it was a rotator cuff injury, but the MRI showed a half torn supraspinatus tendon. I'm stuck just hitting legs for a few months. I would get it checked before you cause more damage
AnonHad to thumbs up that reply, that was some solid and good advice.
When you get past 50 karma the thumbs up is actually a +1 you might have already known that, and that advice is well worthy of a +1. Shoulder injuries are no joke!
Dumb old me. Guy at work kept insisting I do bench presses....been body building for 3 years after losing 100 lbs at 58. Well, I fucked up my shoulder...naturally..lol....so what am I looking at you think? I am now 62 years old and pretty shredded...shit, I hope this injury does not turn me into a fat or skinny old man...any suggestions?"
Will see MD next week, really don't want surger at my age
Thanks bro. I appreciate it
Fuckkkk I hope not. I'm going to set up an appt. tomorrow. Thanks man
If it hurts don't do it bro. Just use the single joint moves for chest and delts. Give it a few weeks and start going light and go from there. Maybe take an anti inflammatory an hour pre workout. Also get a quality joint supplement thst has research to back it up.
help me bro..what supps? What is a "single" joint move? Thanks! Think I tore my cuff doing damn chest presses
My buddy I was lifting with today said glucosamine is what he uses, is there anything better?
