allenlee8884-chloromethyltestosterone and chloromethyltestosterone are actually different naming conventions for the same compound, referring to the same substance.
In the 2004 list of stimulants, the substance was listed as "dehydrochloromethyltestosterone". The Chinese name corresponding to its English name "Clostebol" is Chlorostebol. Therefore, naming with the prefix "4-" and naming without a prefix refer to the same compound and have no essential difference.
There is no comparative data provided in the reference information regarding the effectiveness, efficacy, or safety of which form is better. The existing data mainly confirms that they are different expressions of the same substance.

Its the same as people who say adex instead of arimidex,
I don't know about the difference between the two... but punctuation would help.
I've looked this up myself and as far as I have found there is no difference
