Wanted some feedback from you guys on not sleeping, all you late night owls!! For 1 how do you feel from sleep deprivation, 2 I know sides can vary, so any & all input would help the community. Thanks cajun

Just remember bro you have to get sleep and rest to grow and heal. Also you don't want cortisol off the charts along with stress.....

This is why I say tren isn't for everyone because the bad sides versus the good doesn't add up......

Be safe brother.

Bro, steroids don't improve your health. The website prolly has a lot of Trensomnia posts and everytime I read one I have the same reaction.

How can the same guy that runs Tren try to use homeopathic sleep aids?

See a doctor and get some powerful dang Rx meds and get some dang sleep. The sleep cocktail of scheduled controlled meds that I take makes Tren sleep problems a joke. I use a mixture of 4 Rx meds at bedtime. 8 hours later I awake refreshed, not hungover from the meds. (I also have a bipap machine as of late for my sleep apnea that has changed my life as well).

But, seriously, see a medical doctor. Get some rest.

Little late to this party, but being a new guy myself I at least wanted to chime in; if not to possibly help... but maybe even learn.

12 weeks ago I started my first cycle, Tren E @ 400 week and Sust 350 @ 700 a week. The only issue I had seen was that in week 3 I had started to get insomnia and sweating like crazy. What I noticed was the constant sweating while in bed is what was causing my insomnia because how uncomfortable I felt. What I ended up doing is making my bedroom almost 62 degrees between and central AC, a window AC unit and the ceiling fan. I also started to sleep in the nude and made sure to use the bathroom and not drink anything about 2 hours before bed. The first night I did the I slept much better, but not as good as I usually do. The next day I added in a 2 mile walk about an hour before bed, then took a REALLY hot shower to relax and sweat out a little before jumping in bed. Been sleeping great since. That has now been my routine almost every night. Yes I might have to give up some personal (lazy) luxuries, but none of us would be doing this unless we wanted to reach our goals bad enough anyhow.
As for sleep deprivation, I cant really help ya brother. I am a long time (ret) army vet that spent many years not sleeping well; body kind of got use to functioning on 2-4 hours a night.
As for any other sides, around week 6 I stated to see very minor acne on my chest (couple small pimples)... That week I started using an abrasive skin cleaner along with a scrubbing stone, and I also started tanning. No issues there anymore either.

Good luck with cycle and keep chasing those gains!!!

So hang on if I've read this right you're on your first cycle and running Tren E and Sust? Did I get that right?

Edit: don't bother answering your post in the cycle log section says it all.

I'd like to thank all who commented much appreciated. Thanks cajun.

The best part about cycling is feeling great. If a compound causes issues like insomnia I'm not feeling good and not going to use that compound. It's not worth it when there are so many other options out there. Now when competing I have to use alot of nasty stuff and feel like crap the whole time, just comes with the territory I guess. Come off season, it is feel good cycling only, no tren for me.

Yes I done some thinking, and at my age I shouldn't be doing or taking anything that will hender my wellbeing, I'm trying to feel better in life, I'm not 25 trying to pk up all kind of women, so yes I'm gng to make some changes. Thanks

God knows I've been hard on my body in my younger days, was just thinking HELL I'M GLAD TO BE ALIVE, and I meen that on a serious note.

Dacky's picture

So many factors here and no one is the same and no one cycle is the same for an individual. For example:
- what dose are you running
- what other compounds are you running
- frequency of pins
- what does your diet look like
- when you eat carbs what time of the day do your eat these and what type - simple v complex and low v high GI
- how hydrated are you

I guess what I am saying is there is no cooker cutter here and sides will be unpredictable even for experienced users based on multiple factors. You have to find what works for you generically and then understand how the factors may be influencing the sides and what to do to manage them. At the end of the day you need to assess with the risk/reward is worth it.

zeb0312's picture

Sounds like it's not worth it bro. You have to way your options out good versus the bad, but also tren can screw with your head big time.

Something to think about.

IrishMack's picture

You may not care because tren is so awesome but take a nice read about what sleep deprivation does to your body then ask if it's worth it.

5htp, Gaba, tryptophan. liver support( tudca and nac), green tea and VitC. Then make some wild lettuce and valerian root tea 30-45 min before bed. try that for a bit.
There's some natural ways to get the 5htp, gaba and tryptophan but they all are sold in supp form in natural food stores.

Im getting old so Without tren i can be asleep by 930. On tren i can make it to 11 or 12 aslong as i put a beach towel down to sleep on to catch the sweat. Lol
I know it sounds stupid but 1 bottle of twisted tea , yes 230 calories i dont need but i make up for it everyday in cardio to compensate. Helps me sleep like a baby by 10pm

cajunfire's picture

I tried a warm glass of milk. The first time I tk tre was in 2000 it was hex, it was 75mg and was $150 a bottle I'll never forget the intensity of that.

Also green grapes can help with sleep

Life is horrible by day four. But I'll either back off of the product some or add in sleeping pills. I take them early so I don't wake up feeling drunk

Just recently got off a tren Ace cycle got up to 550 a week I def battled with insomnia for probably last 4 weeks I would easily wake up multiple times throughout the night but to be honest I don't felt like it affected me during the day the following day. In previous tren cycles I tried to supplement with melatonin and decided not to this go around and there wasn't much of a difference, I believe insomnia is just one of those sides we unfortunately have to deal with while running Tren, by the way I always pin ace ED and run a equal test to tRen ratio. I felt worse when I ran tren with low test, but as well all know AAS affects us all in different ways so to each his own.

cajunfire's picture

Melatonin didn't work at all, had better luck with Tylenol PM, I no that's not good either.

Big_Bossman's picture

Ya I think melatonin is probably useless, just didn't wanna start taking anything I may become feeling dependant on

PPGfreak's picture

Same here bro. Last time I kept it at 350 pw and my test at 600. My sleep was way better than my first run of 600mg pw
