+ 4 Tren in your first cycle

ad

Dear new guys,

Please stop posting up first cycles with a bunch of compounds especially tren. If your first cycle is filled with 4 injectables and 3 orals blah blah blah odds are you too young or just too dumb to be doing this. I mean no offense, we all have done dumb shit, the point being those of us who did dumb shit are trying to help you NOT follow in our footsteps. I haven't posted up to the forums in months Ive been busy, but I been browsing the forums lately and see no decline in stupid cycles or under 25 postings. Guys eat food and do cardio and wait until you're fully informed to try AAS it isn't a joke it isn't a game, You're not gonna turn into the hulk in 12 weeks. Be patient and safe.

The tough part about peeps (newbies) coming here with visions (aka-delusions) of grandeur regarding steroids is that THEY DON'T KNOW.

  • They don't know how to crush the iron.
  • They don't know how to diet properly.

Most importantly, if they indeed know those two things:
- They don't know that CYCLES WITH TESTOSTERONE ONLY REALLY FUCKING WORKS!!!

I admit, I'm no expert, but if I choose to do proper cycles, I sure as fuck won't be doing three orals, two injectables and cross fit while eating 2k cals a day of just butter, cuz that's where it's at, brah...

I digress.

Anyone reading my comment, if you're new to AAS, please trust the vets. Learn how to lift your ass off. Learn how to eat whole foods. Then don't jump into anything stupid. Stick with the tried and true, because it works.

And if it doesn't work, you've either got bunk testosterone, or you suck at lifting or diet. Fortunately, the lads and lasses here will help you with all three of those educational needs. Carry on friends.

I don't think this just applies to first time users though. What about the "200lb" guy on his 8th cycle. Everythings in there but the kitchen sink and in massive doses. At what point does one wake up and say wtf am I doing this for. The whole purpose of any of this, imo, is to get somewhere. If you aren't going anywhere, get off the damn train while you still can. I have really started to rethink aas use. I personally don't want to be on ANYTHING forever. It's just an occasional temporary tool, not a lifesaving oxygen tank.

vhman's picture

That's a wise self-assessment and one that all of us need to make. Things do change over time and we all need to weigh aas use against our health and wellbeing. It's very easy to let pride-induced self delusion get in the way. Only a true and honest assesment will be beneficial to us in the long run.

true grit's picture

Lol, I just saw this. I just posted a much longer winded version of this same thing to bolt below. I need to learn to be short and to the point.

bolt781's picture

Edit...I ranted but it's not necessary

That's being honest with yourself brother! If you aren't trt I believe being able to totally stop...is a luxury guys like myself do not have:)

true grit's picture

I'm not really debating how much one weighs before aas use, although I get it. I would be a hypocrite if I did that. I jumped back on at a very lt wt, trying to cut corners and get as much back in as short a time as possible. I rationalized that I was taking mild compounds, and convinced myself that I needed to do it. Luckily I already had a fair amount of knowledge, learned a lot more from this site and a few members, and take everything very serious.

I think I made very good gains considering, and was able to make an excellent recovery. My question is, where does it end? It's like building a brick wall and not using brick ties or mortar. The wall won't stand for long. I see guys post pics and list all of the crap they're taking, and I'm thinking, are you fkn kidding? You should look like a greek god, or at least need to be buried in a piano box, but NO, they look like a natty guy that might make the gym once or twice a wk.

I think one if the best physiques ever was a guy 5'10, 175#, 5% bf. Frank zane.

I've shared with you that I realize I will never be a mass monster, and I'm never going to compete. I have no drive or desire for that. All success or failures rely heavily in these two thing. In this game, throw in genetics, or lack of, and there's your answer. I know where I am and what I want. I think everbody in this game needs to make a fair and honest assesment for themselves.

bolt781's picture

Brother you have made awesome strides with your physique! One does not need AAS to continue lifting and exercising by any means! I think it is admirable that you have both feet planted on the ground.

You are absolutely right...I believe everyone should understand their own capabilities and work to better them. There is always someone who is bigger, someone who is stronger, someone you wish to look like physically. While we can look to others for motivation and tempo we shouldn't strive to be them. I think alot of us have gotten lost at times trying to emulate another physically. Thats the learning curve we all come face to face with...being the most we can be and being happy with that!

You're a great guy True and I think you should listen to your intuition and not 2nd guess it. Your character is proof that you have not a damn thing to prove! Knuckles my friend

I will tell you if you do not plan to be on forever you should stop now. At our age bro we do not bounce back well and every time we shut things down it gets harder. But I will say the trade off is living with feeling and purpose enhanced versus living like everyone else. I have made my choice and although I wish there was another way I am comfortable with it.

true grit's picture

Appreciate the advice. You are going at this with purpose Darth. That's all I'm saying. You are trying to make fwd advances with intention and continuing education. And you're not taking enough tren for a 2000# steer. I'm talking about the guy who just sits in his dirty bathwater and convinces himself he's getting clean. I don't have a problem with aas use. I honestly don't care what anyone else does. I just think people need to be reposnsible with it.

Pale's picture

Yes, of course and I wasn't directing my comment to them, just you. It sounded like above that you are having the internal dialogue that we all have to have at some point. And since we are the same age I briefly gave a look inside my own head. I know one thing, I do not miss the roller coaster ride of cycling+pct. Once you get over 40 I think we all need to decide, all in or all out.

true grit's picture

You got me thinking with that internal dialog comment. This wtf is the point attitude of mine is actually bleeding over into every facet of my life. I think I'm having a midlife crisis. I'm going to get this in check. I'll be back with a better attitude. Guaranteed.

Thx doc. That was worth way more than 5 cents.

true grit's picture

Agreed. And thx bro

Makes me think of hopping on a pro bull with no experience and no preparation. Shit will get real...real quick! See what I'm saying...

Say you were into bull riding. You had no experience but wanted to give it a shot. Would you more likely start off with a smaller bull(test only cycle) and learn the fundamentals. Gradually working your way to a larger bone stompin bull(multiple compounds). Or would you throw yourself like a sirloin right on the grill? Because there is a good chance you will get cooked, chewed up, spit out then stomped on.

Preserve the body as best you can. Only purposely put it in harms way when you have acquired the tools and understanding of how to mitigate the majority of harm...ultimately give your ass a fighting chance lol..So when and if you get to that point, strapping into that big fkn bull isn't a foolish idea.

Genetics trump EVERYTHING.
If you don't have them, you can take steroids by the bucket full, and you aren't going to become a freak... ever.
On the other hand, if you're genetically inclined, you're going to blow up with even small amounts of gear.
Arnold built his body with mostly Test and d-bol.

What happened to that "tren only cycle" post... i have been looking everywhere for it.....lol needed a laugh

Drloomis's picture

funny thing is I wrote this before that tren only cycle and I commented on it but I assume it was deleted as its a stupid ass post lol

cltleo's picture

Lol...your post was 3 down from his....too funny

Pale's picture

Truth. Test is where we all start but high test can have pretty nasty sides too. I personally believe for the average new user 250mg of test a week will blow their mind and have very low chance of negative sides. Then from there they could work their way out.

Drloomis's picture

In my opinion theres no need for it if you're not a pro bb. I'm just a guy who runs test to stay big n strong, no need for gym rats to be on 500mg of tren and take unneeded risk but to each their own. I am not an authority figure in any way shape or form Ive ran tren a few times but I just want ppl to be safe man

zeusmarada's picture

+1 for this nugget. I hope first time users read this comment and it sinks in. Thank you for this share.

The title got my attention for sure so many people use tren on there first cycle it's redonkulus that and 19 year olds wanting to use aas when they are at peak levels and diet
Consists of a protein shake and hot pockets it's like a broken record when you tell someone no tren the majority hear sure tren

Drloomis's picture

i fked myself on tren when I was 18 some of us learn the hard way man. I never fully recovered from the acne

Outlawthing's picture
