My very first post and I have done serious work to find anything related to hemoglobins and come across this video, you guys and gals need to watch this video about hemoglobins, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mH-J5kXU-jQ

I believe its a very informative video and the explanations due make sense.

That video is shit.He is talking about a TRT dose of testosterone Not the doses body builders take and he has his opinion.Unfortunately in the medical community his opinion is only about 3% of respected doctors.I noticed he only got into clotting and rbc count. He for some reason didn’t talk about high blood pressure or left ventricle expansion. Two things prevented from donating. You did a disservice to this community by posting that video.

its not my purpose getting massive muscle for me is just TRT sorry if I offended you by posting something that I tought was relevant to my person.

I was also told by my doctor that my haemoglobin and red blood cell count was too high, before proceeding to tell me they can't just take blood out of me to lower my risk of stroke. Thanks doc!

Because of this I looked to donating blood but because, at the time, I was taking accutane for steroid induced acne and a new tattoo I had to wait a few months for those to clear as accutane is literal poison and could cause serious damage to someone pregnant. In fact I think if they find it in your blood your banned from donating ever again.

Anyway during the time I couldn't donate I was tempted to do one of the following. Pay a fortune for a therapeutic phlembotomy or, cheap out and do it at home. I bought the supply's to do it myself but in the end chickened out and waited and donated to a bank.
If you go the blood bank route ask for them to take "double reds" which I forgot to do but is apparently even better for your health.

I'm not recommending it at all but if you do go the self administered phlembotomy route, check out this stomach turning video and the many guides on other forums: https://youtu.be/fI9Q1HjIdPk

In a situation like yours just get you doc to send you to labcorp and have them take it.

Don't know if it makes a difference but I'm in Ireland and it seems doctors are very ignorant of hormones unless you get a specialist. It seems more accepted and well known by the average doctor in America.

When I said it to my doctor she told me there is no possible way for her to just take my blood because it was something I was doing to myself by taking steroids and all I can do is stop taking steroids. I don't know if this was her lying to get me to stop or what but when I see my new doctor before my next cycle I will definitely ask them about that option.
