+ 10 The 10 eroid/gear commandments

ad

Was thinking this might be a good topic for gear usage and how to use this sight correctly. I'll put in a couple and maybe some vets as well as any members can decide what and numerically where each should be in the 10 commandments. Mine are, what you eat determines what you will get out of a cycle. More is not necessarily better. Have a solid natural foundation before introducing AAS to your body. Everyone's input is welcomed to come up with a factual list of 10 donts and do's pertaining to gear and using this sight. Or maybe split it and have 10 concerning steroids and a separate 10 using this sight correctly. Who knows...Im confident with all of the very knowledgeable guys and gals here this can be golden...EDIT:maybe the 10 commandments are hypothetical as there are great points being touched on. Maybe you've heard them before maybe you haven't. Just because you might have doesn't mean its not vital to reboot what you already may know and keep it in the forefront. Keep the points coming!

I would like to add MONEY !!
Okay so you have enough for some gear... Do you have enough to buy your whole cycle with ai with pct. Do you have enough money to eat .. Do you know how much money your gona spend on food to get results. Definetly more than i thought
Especially To all the young guys spending all your money taking the ladies out to eat. Cook at home

Ha! Something I would have never thought of. Finances are a huge part and the priorities that come with them. Nice!

Most definitely. Mental state and controlling emotions is imperative! I am a believer AAS doesnt make you a monster but it is definitely easy to flip a switch in a stressful situation. Keeping yourself in check during those times is a must! Thank you for your solid input brother

Always want to see a base built first. Too many folk pick up a dumbell for a couple of weeks then jump on gear.

Absolutely Cat! Like buying a hayabusa, never rode a day in your life, and want to throw a turbo kit on it right outta the showroom floor. Give your body a chance to show you it can do miraculous things as long as you give it the proper environment to do so! Thank you to another big hitter!

failure to plan is a plan to fail!

This is the biggest one to me. People never have a plan, they just go in the gym and wing it, same with diet. And most have training ADD and jump from program to program.

For the new guys, before you take the plunge, find a proven program for your level (be honest with yourself) and follow it for 6 months while sticking to the correct diet 85% of the time and see where that gets you.

Progressive overload and not eating like a fucking bird can do winders for you.

And sorry if you cant figure out what you tdee is then you have no business being on aas.

Also if you have been lifting less the 3 years you have no business being on aas. See comment about program ADD.

I was hoping the big dogs would drop knowledge! Shoot brother this holds true in all aspects of life. Certainly in the world of AAS and lifting! Well fuck...maybe it should be summed up like this in 4 commandments...1.what 2.would 3.Viking 4.do? Hahaa in all seriousness this along with countless other points are golden brother!

Thanks bro, i will keep dropping comments through the week to keep the thread fresh........... i like your style bro you are using eroids the way it was designed to be used instead of sitting on the fence like some guys, instead you are getting involved and thats great +3

I feed off of likeminded hardcore guys! When I'm lifting I'm exactly where I want to be every second of every day! Thank you for your willingness to help! Its the baddest motherfuckers that lend a helping hand humbly as they have nothing to prove!

Good idea on this thread. Hopefully this can be very useful to anyone coming to this site to visit as well as seasoned members.
~Not everything you read is true. Confirm your facts through multiple independent sources before accepting things as truth. Don't only listen to what you want to hear, helping prove a preconceived notion that you already have made up in your mind. Studies, personal experience and word of mouth should all be taken with a grain of salt. No two people respond the same or get the same results.
~Error on the side of caution

That is the intention of this post brother. If it pans out new members and even vets can grab a piece whenever as at times we become complacent and overlook things. "Dont listen to what you want to hear, helping prove a preconcieved notion that you have already made up in your mind". Great point!

Besides all the obvious ones like age, training history, diet, etc. The one I find important is mental maturity and self awareness. If you don't have both, you are going down the wrong path.

To seasoned guys such as yourself the obvious is known due to years of trial and error and incorporating what works. Mental maturity and self awareness is definitely crucial! Thank you for being apart of this ifit and droppin a point that should be on the list
