Testosterone levels dropped by 75%

ad

So, on Feb 20, I picked up my testosterone from the pharmacy, and I noticed it was a different brand. Upon a closer look, it was manufactured in India by Elon. So, I use it for about 4 weeks, and have my bloodwork done on March 19. Free T dropped from 60ng/dl to 16ng/dl! So, I researched this "Elon" and found this FDA warning letter from Aug. 2024.

So, I go into the pharmacy where I bought the testosterone with the FDA letter and show it to the [pharmacist]. Of course, he says my drop in testosterone levels could not be connected to the testosterone I had purchased. "Impossible" was the word he used. All he really said was my body wasn't able to metabolize this particular brand for some reason. I've already ordered another, different vial (Phart brand) from a different pharmacy, but does his explanation sound right? Are testosterone brands so different that my body could actually reject the Elon brand? Sounds like BS to me. Thanks for reading.

Probably from an underground lab.

Yea bs. Remember just because they wear a white coat doesn’t mean they know jack shit. My last physical my schedule made it so I had to lift beforehand. Got bloodwork and naturally had slightly elevated liver enzymes. Doctor was insistent I got an ultra sound for fatty liver. I said I lifted hard before getting bloodwork and that’s why the AST/ALT was slightly elevated. They argued that working out doesn’t raise liver enzymes and that’s not why mine were elevated. Wasn’t even willing to look it up because they knew better than me.

just proves nobody cares more about your health than you

Man, I swear I had the exact same convo with my doc about ast/alt. Same thing for creatinine eGFR. Mine came back around 75 or something and they wanted to do kidney tests monthly to make sure they weren’t failing. I went and got a regular panel along with GGT and cystatin-c. Wouldn’t you know it my liver was perfect and my cystatin-C eGFR was 124. They still were treating me like a crazy who’s been reading too much webMD, too.

The additudes they carry is annoying as it gets with professions.

The only other thing I can think of a possible error in production.

Any chance the vial was crashed and you used without realizing?

The clinic I used sent from a pharmacy in USA & was all kinds of shity compliance letters and violations when you searched their name. I wouldn’t take much from a letter from Aug 2024. I’d imagine they would have fixed the compliance issues to be operating today, assuming things all legitimate pharma scenero

occasionally the mixture of substances can come "un-mixed, out of suspension" typically the the actual active testosterone powder has completely or partially separated & is sitting at bottom, stuck. search crashed testosterone images. if noticed can be corrected , but if not imagine your not going to have great results with a crashed vial. just hard to believe a pharma company was providing actual bunk. so thats best I can come up with.
