Testicular atrophy
I knew going into this testicular atrophy was going to happen and I didn't think I would care because I'm 40 already have 3 kids and I'm not starting all over with a baby at 40 so really the balls are just for decoration, but I didn't think it was going to be this drastic. I look like somebody drew a dick on a Ken doll, like no potatoes all meat. My question is will hcg reverse testicular atrophy even a little bit while on TRT or will I need to completely come off and pct to restore size and function and then start over and add hgc to my protocol to prevent it from happening again. I have tried to reasurch but all I can find is that hcg can help minimize atrophy but nothing about if it can help reverse it once it's already happened. I'm on a blast right now and I'm going to finish my blast as is but I'm trying to figure out if I can drop to TRT and add hcg to cruise or if I need to pct and start over with HCG from the start.

Check out vigorous steve on YT he’s got a couple different videos on protocols he found successful. Me personally it is what it is. I’ve not found my load volume decrease any, and that’s the main thing, lol now that’s something the wife probably wishes was smaller, lol gotta love them two gulpers.

I already knew this was going to happen and I really didn't think it was going to bother me this much.
Dam son...my balls are small and smooth but they ain't that small. Embrace the small balls, I love it...my wife can fit the whole ballsack now.

I run an HCG protocol every 3 months, 250 iu eod for 750 per week. I know a lot of ppl do 500iu 2x per week. I’m sure there are various dosage protocols that can help and ppl more advanced than myself to collect insight from
This is basically what I do. HCG cycles to plump em back up. Come off until I notice them being raisins tucked up hard against my body, then run some HCG again. I’ve done 250IU MWF, 500IU MWF, 500IU MR, and 250IU MR. I got the best results with the MWF 250IU protocol. Though they all worked. 500IU each pin definitely shot my E2 up and I couldn’t “feel” much size difference down there compared to the others.
Yes hcg reverses it. In my and most people’s experiences they return to the same size as before sometimes bigger.
If it bothers you go for it, but there are downsides. Most people experience higher e2 as a result of taking it.
You can pct if you’d like to restore your hpta, however if your ball size is the only thing that matters hcg will fix that as long as you continue taking it.
Pct may or may not restore full size though. You will most likely recover to almost your regular size though unless you were on a 19-nor. Those are a little harder to recover from.
Thank you, that's what I was thinking but the only thing I could find about it was taking it from the start. I'm going to finish my blast without it and start up when I go back to TRT.
I know some find it helpful between cycles to get everything going again. Personally HCG has never done a lot of me but I had naturally small balls even before TRT, however I know some guys that it has helped a lot . Good luck.
