I’m not dead yet... knock on wood...
Aerok rip.
Elevated testosterone like this on cycle for 10-16 weeks isn't bad so long as your diet and health are in check. Pre and post bloods are essential to know just how your body is functioning. I would invest in a reliable blood pressure monitor as well, Omron makes a very decent product.
I do twice a year power red or double red cell donations at the red cross. helps keep H&H in check. As you get older its vital to keep those in check, especially on TRT or running gear. Heart and kidney issues with anabolic steroids even in moderation can be present depending on age, health, genetics, ect. Better safe than sorry. I know for me as i got into my 40s' my H&H crept up higher even on my TRT dose of test. Blood pressure became more of an issue as well even on a moderate blast of 500mg test/300 deca and a spotless diet. I've come to realize it's ok to run lower dosages and really concentrate on diet, recovery, and health. What you can do and run as a 24 year old is night and day once you hit your 40s. Stay safe and prosper!
Great advice bro.
Yeah, there just isn't enough detail here to give you a good answer. Please provide more information on your stats including training history, cycle history age, weight. bf% (people often lie on their profile so if nothing else please confirm these details), your goals for this cycle, other compounds you are running, ancillaries being taken, are you on TRT or plan to be after, length of time on this cycle and time you plan to remain on etc.
With that being said, I am a firm believe in using the least amount of anything possible to achieve the desired results. The higher the dose, the more sides you will encounter- especially with something like testosterone that converts to estrogen at a high rate if not managed with an AI.
depends on what you mean. The number itself is arbitrary.
What is happening to neurons, the heart, blood pressure, the blood itself, etc, etc, is what you need to consider.
People also rarely consider the trauma they put themselves through physically and the long term impact of lifting heavy metal
This^^^^.
And what are ya gonna do when you come down or off.
Exactly. What goes up must come down. 1 way or the other
What sort of Dose is that off?
Dallas Carver had ten times that. =50,000
Oh yeah , he died and that's when they found that out.
Not saying that's what killed him but I'm not sure I believe he choked on a piece of food.
50,000 ?! What !?
How , what, when , where and why would that dude have Test levels that high ?
People kept saying he had such potential , My opinion is if he had to run that much gear to stand on Stage then I'd say no he did not have potential I'd say it killed him to be at that level because in reality he was not capable of that level.
Yeh they say he was running around 10g of Test/wk so I guess this guy's is off about 1g. If I remember all of his internal organs were obliterated - Heart, Liver, Kidney's. Then there's the theory that he died of a Hypo. What's shocking is the way he could still train so intensely when his body was under so much strain - the video of him alternating between deads and barbell rows is inhuman.
BOOM!
ETA: His autopsy report showed Heart disease, over grown heart, overgrown lungs, enlarged liver, overgrown kidneys, kidney disease (in same way as his heart disease).
The cause was overgrown heart + heart disease and was attributed to both steroids+other hornone use and family history of cv issues.
What would cause overgrown lungs?
I am going to guess that the heart would cause it, P. Once the heart goes, and if blood pressure become an issue, Id say it would cause the lungs to grow to try to bring in more oxygen. He had breathing issues too and passed out on stage and other times, so I am thinking that it would make sense.
Thats a guess though. Still, this is a lad who could have made it later in life if he didn't have a predisposition to CV disease, most likely.
Site injections in the lungs
smh
People inject their lungs?
Yes but real small gauge needle. Otherwise you fly around the room like a balloon that's not tied...
Sum guys will wear bicycle helmets when they do it for this very reason.....
Guy really want's someone to read this and try.
don't do lung injections
Shame I felt I had to write this. With kids eating tide pods and drinking bleach, you just never know with online.
Hilarious trying to make a joke out of someone's death.
Had nothing to do with his death. But it was funny.
He didnt die from oversized lungs.
I mean as Sam I Am said, what matters is the side effects and your time on vs off. Also at what point do you have diminishing returns on test levels?
Depends on how long you run it.
You could get high hematocrit or constant high blood pressure could cause kidney disease.
Time on = time off. That’s from the end of pct if you do one. Regular blood donation helps control your hematocrit.
How did the rest of your bloods look?
^^^ This broski. Time on = equals time off. The hbp as an indirect result causes that heart muscle to grow and work harder. That's why some bros who don't come off, sometimes have an enlarged heart. That time off realy helps the heart to lose it's "gainz", just like the biceps, but it's healthy muscle loss.
X2
I tend to be on the “pre hypertension” side of the scale when on cycle. Always have to keep an eye on that. The older I get the smaller my cycle is. I would rather be healthy and live longer at this point of my life.
Amen brother live as long as we possibly can life is short as fuck
