Everytime i hop on a cycle i feel like my acne starts to clear up and once i finish and get onto pct it all starts coming out mostly on shoulders and back its really annoying i've taken accutane before and it worked miracles. Does anyone have good advice in things to do or not to do in order to prevent acne from flaring up or getting rid of it, if anybody has a good accutane source pls pm me thanks

Epsom salt baths or sea salt baths. Spot treatments. Those work for me. A AI I've learned helps also.
Ive tried ai's didn't notice a big difference my gf has mentioned epsom salt baths il have to try that out
GearofWarI've finally noticed that the key to controlling the worst of my cystic acne when on-cycle and afterwards is my AI dose. I find the sweet spot and dose my Aromasin accordingly and my acne has been vastly reduced in frequency and severity. Acne has always been the worst of my AAS related sides.
There's quite a bit of talk of vitamin b5 and acne. I'm using it on my current cycle, I'm now into pct and so far so good. I get the odd spot but nothing like I have had.
I have my girlfriend take a hot rag with epsom salt which also came with eucalyptus mixed and she scrubs the shit out of my back.. this has helped a lot so far.. I'll still get some zits but they're not nearly as bad anymore
acne is caused by fluctuation of oestrogen levels if you bring up your natural test levels to normal or near normal before you hop off the acne brake out will be reduced dramatically and keep clean use a wash that is harsh and drys your skin abit
I have had the same issue. I get acne on cycle.I tried everything and nothing works. Atleast you just get acne and no internal issues. Acne is only temporary. Its a part of taking roids. How long does the acne last in pct?
i got it bad when i first started juicing and it was not going away so i got a accutane took it for 4-5 months and it cleared everything up i took a couple of cycles after the use of accutane and i would get no acne at all probly because the accuane was still in my system. I recently just got off a nice cycle and didint have much as i was on it but now that im on my pct its really starting to come out i try to tan and it works to a certain extent but if i dont go everyday or every other day it doesnt help a whole lot ive tried creams and a "tanda" machine and other types of acne medication but accutane seems to be the only one that really works Im wondering if its also safe to take a low dose of accutane while on cycle and pctif it would make a difference and if anyone has a good accutane source to pm me cause i dont really feel like asking my doctor for another prescription I dont even know if he will give me one again
I ran Accutane on cycle at 20mg a day for two months on cycle. It didn't even mess with my lipids of liver enzymes. I was taking a lot of liver protection supps. Everyone is different though. I did develop heart burn and some stomach issues post Accutane. I wouldn't mess with it again.
Like D said, it's pretty normal to break out with some acne in PCT. It's the nature of the beast.
I breakout during pct too. That's when your hormones are crashing, pretty normal.
