So let me first say a few things before the flaming starts-

I am not new to the game, been on the boards and in this game for over 13 yrs.

I have never once ever called out a source or complained about an order openly on a forum-

So I have been a long time [CENSORED]customer, but since I wanted a few items I could not acquire through them I decided to try a different source... Like usual, sent money, collected next day, package sent out over the next few days in three different packages..

Boom, got a customs letter- it happens.. sent an email with pics to my source, I was very clear and detailed as to what package got picked up..waited a few days to get a response. I wasn't thrilled i had to wait a few days to get a simple reply.. but the reply was direct and clear, I was asked if I wanted the package resent to the same adress, I said no, provided a new address and sent my reply. I waited again for days for a reply, I was asked by the rep "what package was seized" I again told him what I told him in the original email...I asked if there was any more info he needed, so I went ahead made a new order for the items, and sent an email with the order number.

Three days passed, and no reply... So I opened a new ticked asking to be updated on another ticket.. I got a quick and friendly reply by another rep telling me to be patient and that it was being handled. I responded to that with a short email that this process is taking longer than what I anticipated and that I found it a little irritating that I have to wait days for simple answers to emails- That did not go over well. I was written back, by the original rep who was handling this and this is his response-

As you can see its been 4 days since his reply to me and still no reship- or email or anything...I almost feel like I am being made to wait purposefully cause I spoke out about my frustration- It's been 11 days since they first wrote me back-
