I consider myself above average intelligence. 3 college degrees, locked up many times in my prior life plenty of times (prison and county) to have relatively good street smarts but as my wife always tells me.....I have no common sense! --

Been following some social media groups and a guys name kept coming up. As my brain scans shared images, results were clearly there. I even messaged two individuals who shared results and they both stated this guy was legit, first reg flag: showed me pics of their gear, and second red flag: encouraged me to order. So I initiated contact, had a few discussions with the guy looking for signs to walk away. Nothing came up. He didn't even mention anything about placing an order. We talked nutrition, lifting goals, injuries, etc.

I felt comfortable n brought up an order. He offered a price comparable to what I have been paying elsewhere but he also indicated he would include meal/nutrition planning which is what I was also after. Figured one stop shop this time around.

Had to pay by CrapApp, which isn't unheard of when it comes to ordering so felt pretty confident up to this point. Still plenty of communication from the seller and even sent shipping confirmation.

I then get email about shipping duties and they need more money or will turn it over with my name exposed. This set off an all-stop in my brain and as I rushed to look thru everything, I finally see all red flags. Some of the progress pics are possibly not even of the same guy, all of those commenting haven't used social media in months or have no real posts, and he told me he was US source but was using a shipping company that of course I failed to ask about.

Lesson learned and lesson for all, don't buy without coming here to ask questions first!!! Lol! I did come here years ago and have purchased from a few sources here and everything went smooth as can be. My first instinct was if it ain't broke, then don't try to fix it....no common sense!
