Run both milk thistle and liv 52?

Do run both liv52 and milk thistle give u better protection with ur liver?if yes what dosage do I need to take ? I heard some people take liver protection like some weeks before and after their dbol cycle ? If this is true how many weeks before and after I should take them ...

I run Liv52 while on cycle 3tabs 3xday if I'm running an oral with inj. My blood test showed AST at 13 and ALT at 12.Took this test this month 4 wks after cycle. I ran an oil only cycle and dosed Liv52 at 3 tabs am and pm. Shit works but you have to take the right amount. 2 tabs a day is not enough. It's used as an adjuvant with hepatotoxic drugs. If it can prevent liver damage from chemo,radiation,alcohol,viral hepatitis. It can do it with AAS. It improves appetite,digestion and assimailation process and promotes weight gain. It also has no side effects. Also at 27.00 for a 1000 tabs its a lot cheaper than Aegis at 45.00 for 120 caps which last 30days.

I take it at the 3x3tabs a day on cycle with an oral and through PCT. Off all compounds I only take it once a day. For you at your weight over 200lbs I would take 3x4tabs a day through cycle and PCT. Any time compounds are coming in my body I'm at the higher dose.

Yes I do 3 regular strenght tabs 3 times a day. You should take 4 regular strenght tabs or 2 DS(Double strenght) Tabs 3 times a day. Am when you wake, 3pm, night before bed if your over 200lbs. This is if your on a cycle with an oral.

It's actually herbs not a problem, not to much. It is the doseage recommended by Live 52 on the bottle. Go read the clinical studies and scientific papers on Liv52 there are over 275 of them. It causes no sides are toxic problems at this dose. You thinking is the same as saying taking 2 1000mg of vitamin C is bad for the kidneys where we know it's not. My own blood tests shown it does not effect the kidneys.

AnonAs stated below Tudca/udca, that's where its at!... I know Aegis ( Tudca/udca) is a fav among some erodians, ha, but a lot of diff companies make it

personally i run liver support 2 weeks before cycle all the way threw to end of pct.
Dbol dosage 30.30.40.40 looks alright.
For my upcoming cycles im gonna use Tudca/udca for liver support with milk thistle for peace of mind AND future success.

Before and after cycle I use 1-2 liv52 a day and 1 milk thistle before bed. On cycle I use 3 liv52 a day.
