+ 4 ROAD MAP THE BLOODS

ad

I wanted to add a quick thought which was spawned by CD's high estro thread this morning.. i often use the term road map when having someone do bloods for T-4 checks on high hgh or estro checks etc and of course that means jse the bloods as a roadmap to evaluate what you are doing and confirm or correct your use of whatever.

What I would like everyone to think about when doing bloods is something more than just the numbers on the little piece of paper. These numbers are telling you something and I think it important to not only know what that is but its important to begin to be able to know what it is without bloods as well. I will basically define what the whole roadmap protocol shoujld be so you can take the time to learn your body and often be able to make corrections quickly even if you don't have time to get bloods until say next week. Over time you can make corrections without an extra week of misery to find out whats going on in your own body.

Heres the roadmap thought in very simple terms, aside of the obvious when getting the numbers on paper....
Record as much info as you can particularly when new to gear . Write down every indicator you can see or feel at the very time you do bloods. This would include overall mood, noticable water retention, libido, how the joints and body feels in general, your cardio vascular ability as compared to normal, all the signs CD mentions in his estro thread and even things as simple as breaking out or gym seems lacking in energy etc. Anything you would think to be out of the norm and evgen things that are perfect on that day.
These things are all snapshots in time. Keep those records stapled to the specific bloods that were taken when you did them and refeclt back on them often to make comparisons to how you feel today bewtween bloods. This simple method of roadmapping will eventually give you great power in controlling your symptoms and the cause of those symptoms, it will make your cycle much better as you refine them being able to keep estro/shbg and thyroid etc in check and much close to perfection between bloods. I have come to know my T-4 need for example when running hgh blasts through some tiny little signs that pop up and can make corrections between bloods and same with an AI. I no longer have an exact AI protocol other than I formulated a protocol That works for me in the roadmapping and now know where I am at all times by all the little personal signs I use in coming to know my body. These techniques will definately allow you to know your body better. Quick thanks to CD for his estro write and spurring me to share another piece of the puzzle we are are building together.
