Recovery for muscles and tendons

ad

HI community.
First i want to tell about my muscles and tendons problems in my torso. I have this problems since 4 years. I have a lot of checks like MRTs and other things , but the doctors find nothing.I had also do a rheumatism test but it was negative. So i know the problems come from the tendons and muscles. Every morning i stretch all muscles in my torso and do triggerpointmassage on the muscles what hurts. So it help for 1 hour than the problems like tenseness come back. This problems are very bad and limit my lifestyle.

I heard about Tb-500 and Bpc-157 .

Tb-500 should handle problems like tenseness what is a big point by my problems.

So i started a cycle for 8 weeks .

The cycle was like this plan. Every week 6mg split in 3 injection on tuesday, thursday,Saturday.
In addtion to this i had use bpc-157 for 4 weeks every day with 500mcg in every delt.

What was the result? NOTHING:(((( Maybe the peptides was shit or to underdosed.

So i meet a europe bodybuilding champion who tell me about MGF and IPAMORELIN. First i asked him about TB-500 and he say that this stuff does not help him by injuries. He say if he has a injury or problems with muscles and tendons, he takes MGF and ipamorelin. So i will test it to, because i have no other choice

I want to do the following cycle for 8 weeks and use a other peptide source

MGF 2mg per week
IPAMORELIN 100mcg 3times a day
TB-500 ( mybe with the ipamorelin more effective) 8mg per week

Maybe people from this forum could give me some tips or could switch experience.

Like the guys say. Without a proper diagnosis you do not actually know what is wrong. If here have been no tests or xrays or ultra sound involved then maybe he docrots is just assuming that you need rest. Even when taking peptides to help an injury you still need that rest too. This allows the body or injury to recover fully. People now seem to think any injury can be repaired using TB500 or BPC-157. Obvioulsy this is not the case. However they will certainly help.

The issue you have is you don't have a diagnosis.as a result, nobody can really make any suggestions that are based on anything other than a guess. You need a doctor, not hearsay from a forum.

Preferably a neurologist...

I was very often by doctors but they only say make a break with training and this do not help. I want to get experience of other community members who maybe have same problems like this
