i ordered gear from a.b. and everything was smooth. tried to place another and got an email saying (permanent failure) any suggestions?

All is good, he just shut the shop for a couple of days, reopened this morning and there is a horde of hungry juice monkeys presently blocking his doorway and email inbox,..........give it a day or 2 to clear.
