Hey folks. Anyone here takes some supps for prostate care while cycling? If yes, which product from which shop? I've done a little research and landed at iherbs. Anyone experienced with this shop and their supplements?

Fish oil & vitmain B12 tabs, however I would not worry too much about your prostate.
I've always used Himalaya Prostacare. Has a pretty good ingredient list and is fairly inexpensive.

I always take them bro along with bp, liver, and heart health. I use this brand for prostate just use Amazon bro or local vit shops should have them.

Yea I take cq 10 and fish oil bro. I take the Bayer brand fish oil. It's the only one that I don't burp that nasty fish. Its a little pricy sometimes I catch on sale bogo. Also bio nutrition blood pressure wellness is good for heart health as well. I posted below.
I like the now food brand supplements to because there all natural n I dyes fillers or made where nuts are and soy. Its all clean.
