Please help missed my test prop shot last night

Missed my shot last night due to being out of town for work all night an stayed at my gf house got home today at 12 after noon I inject eod 1ml/100mg so I'm a little confused on what to do? Heard alot of different things wanted to know the best an safest way to get back on track
