Not sweating

ad

Has anyone every experiences decrease sweating over the years on cycle?
When I tried my first hand full of cycles in my mid 20s I used to sweat ALL the time! But over the years I’ve noticed it to minimize. Even in a sweater at 75-80degrees.
Could it be low electrolytes? My gear? I know tren causes it but even early on I never used it ( that I’m aware of) these were during the A X I O days if anyone remembers, so I’m sure it was what was labeled. Anyways, Not sure if it’s just me not training as hard as I used to as I’m almost in my mid 30s but I was curious Smile

Thanks y’all.

Appreciate the responses.

I’ve started to add more electrolytes and I’m sweatin a bit more.

Nothing near what I used to be at but it’s improved. But now I’ve noticed I’m retaining water like a MFer and now I have a “
Fat layer “ over my abs and chest. very odd, I figured it’s water but who knows!

I've noticed this with myself also - in the early days especially cycling tren I'd be sat with sweat puddles in my belly button and drenched T-shirts where as now I never get to that level. I think its because I trained with a lot more intensity and my rest periods where much much shorter, I use to enjoy pushing myself much harder Lol

Yeah it could be hydration. Or it's time to add more intensity to your training. Not saying that you're not doing that already. Just throwing around other ideas that may be the problem.

Dehydrated go chug the water hits the bloodstream almost right away. Bet you feel like shit

^^^^^^ bingo, Hydration Hydration Hydration! In my opinion if your not hydrated properly you cant give enough exertion to even start sweating.

Mid twenty - mid thirty alot happens to the body's metabolism. But ur not sweating wearing a sweater in 75-80 degrees whether. I'm guessing it's dry weather, not humid.. lol. I notice I sweat more now than when I was younger, and I'm probably more fit as well. So definitely look at hydration and electrolytes first being in that dry hot weather...

Hey thanks for the input. I completely understand that it just seems odd being on a blast and not noticing it or realizing it’s declined over the years.

Yeah dry heat, don’t get me wrong I do swear but not like it was before. I’ll get some good electrolyte supps and go from there. I was worried it was my gear or that or even training intensity.

But TRT is real as it can be.
