Ok i just left my doctor and he has agreed to put me on TRT. We started talking about Anti estrogen and he wanted to put me on nolvadex. This guy was pretty knowledgeable about AAS , but i always thought Nolva was not good to use on cycle. I got him to write me for Adex but just always heard on this site that nolva on cycle was not a good idea.. or is it just that AI works much better?

Also put me on Vascepa, which is a prescription fish oil , since my bloods were so out of whack i guess from the tren or mast
Nolvadex is not the same as an AI when it comes to estrogen. An AI is used to typically control your overall Estrogen levels while Nolvadex does nothing for your estrogen levels but it does protect you from certain side effects.
nolva will be ok with your test but nothing else.......... you will have to experiment now to find what works best with each compound you use separately!........... you will now have to become the master of your own destiny now that you are TRT.
You may find you could be like myself and SDM and not need a specific AI...... time will tell?
He also is not expecting you to use 19nors (Deca & Tren) which will exasperate the sides to to being pro progesterone. So he is making this based solely on using testosterone.
well i did tell him i was using tren and mast... he actually told me the tren wasnt that bad to use, and that the masteron was the one i had to watch out for and he would recommend me switching to primo instead of mast
Then this doctor is an ignorant sob brother. Don't get me wrong keep him for legal prescriptions at least until the feds pull is license lol. But if you are looking for someone to help balance you for real find another doctor that actually knows what he is doing.

it is possible he meant using the nolva for just my trt when i wasnt blasting.. i did tell him i planned on blasting and cruising but the Ai he wanted to give me was to go along with the trt script.. As far as the tren i think his main concern were the androgens in the mast. This guy is in a big city and does a lot of work with muscle wasting diseases and he has many patients on AAs he told me

Im not a DR brother.... i am a BODYBUILDER but most importantly a healthy one,with an undying hunger for input and knowledge that i put under self scrutiny and experimentation bro....... being this way with a OCD complex on hygiene and non-abusive use of compounds is what i put it down to..... never relax when running AAS brother thats when it bites you in the ass..... stay switched ON at all times and NEVER take anything for granted.

I understand what you mean, and i appreciate the guidance you have given me so far. With your help and a one or two other guys, i am well on my way to accomplishing my goals i set out to tackle. esp with diet. i am the first to admit i do not know it all, so i just keep asking the questions till i get a feel for whats right, but again i do listen and try to stay on top of all this.

With these American doctors start talking about other compounds unless they are jacked like you with 30 years under their belt I cringe!

In short, nolva only blocks estrogen and it's effects in breast tissue, as opposed to other AI's which block the conversion.
