Need some help and direction
So here is my story
40 yr old male, 185lbs 10.9% BF 5'10"
trt @ 140 EVERY 5 DAYS.
Prior to bloodwork I do 100 for 5 days and then 100 for 7 days which puts my T @ 880
At this I'm at 980 140x5 days with two weeks of 100 prior to blood$
I have had two surgeries for Gyno (which was caused by Pro-Hormones)
First was three years ago.
second was a few months ago.(second issue didn't come from prohormones or roids, stopped taking all when had first surgery, low t is believed the cause)
After first surgery I stopped all supplements and prohormones except creatine for
entire time.
When Gyno reappeared, Dr. suggested TRT due to probability of lower T and higher E causing
reoccurence.
Started TRT prior to surgery, figured if it made gyno worse, it wouldn't matter.
Bloodwork prior to started was good, E was in 40's
I was fine on the T, but within 3 days of HCG I started developing Gyno symptoms again. I purposely split up taking
the two by two weeks so I could see how each worked on body.
I stopped the HCG after a 10 days use but kept on the T
Symptoms stopped but gyno had increased.
A month later I attempted the HCG again and once again symptoms came on within two weeks.
Stopped the HCG permantently
Dr. then prescribed Arimidex. I started on .5 eod., two months into it I started getting symptoms of Low E
but did not recognize them. Night sweats, acne, hair follicles on head inflamed into large painful bumps, joint pain,
felt like gravel between joints. No morning wood, decreased muscle growth.
Been playing with the dosage for past month. got it down to .25 e4d. I get a days worth of minor symptoms, minor joint ache, one or two inflamed follicles.
I think Im gonna keep it at this until i get blood work on 4/20.
Blood came back 980 t
E2 was low ( no number cause bit was so low)
SO WHAT DO YOU THINK?

I want to blast right after bloodwork but only have at my disposale Test C and arimidex. How would I go about this?

How can I lower my GH levels before bloodwork? My levels are too high to get hgh therapy
I read that intake of sugar lowers GH within 2 hrs, but won't that
raise my blood sugar results in the bloodwork?

Thanks for help. Been taking nolvadex twice week and I take Adex when I feel e2 getting high. Been cruising at 100 every 5 days of test cyp. Blood been coming back good.
Still need a way to lower hgh levels for blood work. Any suggestions ?
Can someone give me a blast cycle for test cyp?
Plenty of info here about a basic test cyp cycle. Research a little and post up your cycle in the cycle logs section after researching to get it fine tuned for your goals.
I'm gonna try the adex at .25e5d. Maybe it will be better.
Gyno is gone. Had surgery in dec. wanna make sure it mever comes back
I lowered the dose to .25 e4d and still had low e asnper blood results and symptoms.
I stopped the adex for two weeks. Joint pain gone. Strength and gains coming back. Everything seemed good. Took .25 of adex just to be safe and see.
Quickly had low e side effects. (Joint pain and cracking, inflamed hair follicles etc.).
Taking 200 e4d of cyp. Everything seems good. Gonna ask doc for Nolva since adex just seems too strong.
For blasting I started with my cruise at 100 e4d then 150 e4d. And now 200 e4d. Not sure if I should go any higher.
which ester are you running long or short. also aromasin may be a better alternative to arimedix
drugs likre nolva and toremifene effectively block the estrogenic effects on tissue rather than block or reduce e2. seems when your body stimulates any of its on LH or FSH function it goes into super aromatase mode. i had a similar issue with HCG. i havent really looked into why or what causes it. but i agree with revenge85 trying something like nolvadex or toremifene may be a great option. i dont think dropping the arimidex is a good idea though, maybe lowering the dose to avoid low E2 and using the nolva or tore to stop e2 effecting the tissue would give you the best results and the results you need
ok so if i were you id stop taking you ai for a few weeks and start nolvadex as the nolva wont stop the conversion to e2 and you need it to come up a bit! the nolva will protect your nips and maybe even shrink the lumps a bit or even get rid of them, then go get more bloods done and switch from adex to aromasin, if your still having the gyno issues use some letro, as for the rest wait for rusty or someone to chime in!!! i think nolvadex would be good here!!
