Natty, Broke up, ordered Test E + Oral Primo [First Cycle Advice] 33M
Hey, I'm looking for some guidance and feedback on my first-ever cycle.
Cycle Plan – 12 Weeks:
Testosterone Enanthate at 300 mg/week (split 150 mg on Monday and 150 mg on Thursday).
Primobolan (Oral) at 75–100 mg/day, split AM/PM. I have 250 tabs of Primomed 25 (25 mg each), so this gives me enough for a full cycle.
Arimidex (Anastrozole) at 0.25 mg every other day (will adjust if needed).
PCT: Nolvadex 40/40/20/20 mg starting 2 weeks after my last Test injection for 3 weeks. Weeks 15–18
I’ve got stocked:
20 ml Test E 250 = enough for 300 mg/week (or 500mg/week for 10 weeks)
250 ORAL tabs Primo 25 = enough for 10–12 weeks @ 3–4/day
Arimidex + Nolva = full cycle + PCT
Age: 33
Stats according to my scale:
Weight: 85.7 kg
Body Fat: ~20.8%
Lean Mass: ~67.9 kg
Muscle Mass: 64.5 kg
Visceral Fat Index: 2.8 (Healthy)
BMR: ~1989 kcal/day
Training
Experience: 15 years
Lifts: 5+ years with little change:
Deadlift: 190 kg x3
Bench Press: 130 kg x3
Squat: 160 kg x3
Nutrition: I don’t track macros or calories
Weight Stability: Hovered between 81–84 kg for years
Recent Bloodwork
Total Testosterone: 3.54 ng/mL (range is 3.6-21 for my age)
Free Testosterone: 31 pg/mL (high-normal)
LH: 3.47
FSH: 1.00
PSA, kidney, liver, lipids, thyroid: All within healthy range
SHBG: [Wasn’t tested]
Goal:
Not a bulk. I want a lean recomp, strength gains, mood lift, and aesthetic improvements.
I don’t want to gain a ton of weight — ideally stay near 85 kg, reduce fat, add muscle
Go back to natural test production after the cycle
Looking for input on:
Doses: Are the doses of Test/Primo solid for my profile? Should I do only one of them instead of combining?
Cycle Timing: Would you run this now, or cut first and cycle later?
Nutrition: Should I eat more? Or less? I don't want to meticously track macros.
Recomp Feasibility: Can I stay same weight but gain strength and definition on this?

Speaking from personal experience. My first cycle was at 37. Test 500mgs a week dbol 40mgs a day for first few weeks to kickstart. Made great strength gains, put on muscle, lost fat and felt great throughout. Did pct, lost all gains and felt like shit. Trained natty again for 6 more years and hopped back on test and dbol. Have been blasting and cruising for last 2 years and its night and day. I’m not advocating at 33 for you to follow suit but be prepared for what comes when you do pct. If I were in your shoes I’d dial in your diet, track macros and calories. If your goal is a lean recomp then once you’ve taken your bf% closer to 15% or ideally lower then test only cycle for your first time. 500mgs a week for 12-16 weeks. After that you can start adding other compounds one by one. After 35 I’d recommend blast and cruise, which will help you maintain your gains, but everyone will have differing opinions on this.
I’d personally up the test to at least 500. If you’re gonna have to pct after from shut down I wouldn’t waste it on a very high trt dose. Take a bit more. Also careful with ai, don’t use unless needed n if you feel you need it start very slow. Also I don’t think you’re training intensely if you had no changes in 5 years. Try Rest/Pause sets. Basically makes you train more intense. Hit absolute failure more often, doesn’t have to be on everything (I wouldn’t do it on a squat bench or deadlift due to risk, more machines and dumbbells). If you can’t train with high enough intensity, the only other option is increasing your volume. Gear isn’t gonna fix your issues if you made no changes for 5 years naturally
Also do not use an ai for pct. Nolva and Clomid only.
anvilOh add muscling while loosing fat why didn't I think of that? 5+ years of training with little change? 21% BF but 15 years training?
1. Work out a good diet
2. Work on a good training routine
3. Oral Primo 25 good for 10-12 weeks - research this it's not very bioavailable. You'll need 8 a day to see anything
4. Adex +Nolva = PCT , No
5. Search the place here in newbie section before you waste more time and money
First ever cycle you don't do multiply compounds. Don't take an ai unless it's absolutely necessary. If you don't or won't count calories how would you know if your eating to much or to little? You always want to try to get as lean as possible before a cycle.
