my body part measurements, help?

need some tips/views on my body proportions, im wanting to compete at some point but not until i get my symmetry to a really high standard, any stage athletes out there wana give some of their knowledge on what the ideal proportions hers my measurements i took them tonight, im on a bulk at the minute so excuse the waist line, need some advice aswell how to bring up my weak areas
calves 16"
quads 23.5"
waist 33"
chest 44"
neck 17.5"
arms 15"
forearms 12"
shoulders 51"
wrists 7"
anckle 9 "

Hit the muscle twice a week and incorprate supersets, drop sets, down the rack..etc. Also switch rep ranges. I do 1 week of heavy lifting 1-4 reps then 1 week of hypertrohpy 8-12 reps. Keep those calories/protein up.
When I am trying to grow a particular muscle that seems to be lacking I just hit it twice a week with acouple days rest in between
i was reading a thing there about the greeks they apparently had a mathematical formula when they came to making sculptures of their gods

i struggle to gain weight and put on mass but the plus point any weight i gain is always quality muscle and i even find it hard to hold water on cycle i see some guy taking same dosage and same gear and looking like a ballon i know i just have to keep getting in my macros
i struggle with my appetite its up and down some days i can destroy meal after meal then for a day or two my appetite just isnt as good, im doing my big lifts boosts appetite,
