we are still interested in bringing on two more MOD trainees, doesnt mean you are gonna become a MOD just means you are trying out for a MOD position. If you dont make the cut no big deal. Who else out there thinks they have been here long enough and shown that they deserve a try out? you can nominate yourself or someone else.

AnonHow about nobody is announced as the MOD trainee. Keep it anonymous to everyone who is not a mod. I'll be honest most new mods let it go right to their head and quit posting in black font almost immediately. All red font all the time even to other mods. Sorry no offense to the mods but the red font screams power trip/little peepee/blown out vagina pick your choice.
Make the trainees keep their apprenticeship private and see if they are really into being a mod because they love it here or if it's because they want the power.
Only after they pass their apprenticeship can they get a mod tag next to their rightful account. Just an idea based off some observations.
I would rather have one of those instead of having 1k pr month bills for new laptops after i put my foot through the fkn screens when it really gets heated around this joint ;/........... but thats the difference in being a real MOD and not just a spectator........... : RED or BLACK... as long as i get get the point across its all good!......... this place could be like a bar brawl some days.. VIKING LAW puts a stop to those type of shenanigans, in most cases without too many casualties!.. plus i havnt got the tech savvy to write in green LOL

I was speaking from personal experience and from being here so long. I wish I wouldn't have come across like an instigator.
I really was just brainstorming the issue at hand. We need mods and finding the right people can be hard. Especially with the issues Eroids is dealing with and concerns about karma and freebies. My idea was just a thought from the current climate going on right now.
I didn't mean to piss any of the new mods off but seeing what I wrote again and again I can see how they might feel offended by what I said. It's definitely a thankless job being a mod and a risky one as well. Anyone who accepts the challenge deserves my respect and I'll support their endeavors in the mod capacity. My apologies to Greg and Rusty, I'll take their advice and shut the hell up.

What is wrong with me not posting self shots? I don't flame people, but if someone says they're 15% when they are clearly over 30% it is hard not to point it out. Overweight people should get healthy before even considering steroids. Their testosterone might even go up just by losing weight.

AnonIt just makes sense to keep people from either abusing the power or for those who don't make it it keeps their PMs from exploding with 200million PMs of why theyre not a mod anymore. It's not a perfect idea cuz some of us will spot they're vernacular and speech patterns and grammar immediately. But the idea of keeping things anonymous has merit imo.
