Looking for direction

ad

wanted to post this here for more eyes - its not just for the HRT guys---Guys heres the deal been on HRT for 3yrs. ( i used when i was in my early 20's for about three years) im 50, In the last 2+ years i would cruse and blast with no problems just test E. started with script from the doc but he refused to up the dose so i shopped around. found a good source and things were business as usual. That source no longer exists - found a new source, very highly rated. here is the problem - I am very consistent with what i do down to eating and pin times I want consistency. One time in the last 2+ years i had PIP. my glute was the size of a grapefruit. that was the only time ----- Fast forward to present. With the new sources' test E my ass swells up like a f--ing fat kid at a Chinese buffet I am also experiencing flu like symptoms after every pin, body aches, fever ( btwn 100- 101.7) - i have never been allergic to anything. try working out with a fever of 101- not fun. I really feel no effects from the new sources test E but it has been only three weeks. I also heat the oil up and massage the shit out of the infections site- nothing has helped

If any of you have experienced this what did you do - really no fun sticking your ass to get the flu. -

Well there's really only a couple of options…you can try and contact the source and see if perhaps they will do something to replace that batch (if we operate on the assumption that it is batch specific). If the problem persists…then obviously dump the gear, chalk it up to a loss and find another source.

From a testing / control scientific standpoint…only one thing has changed. Your source. So while they may be highly rated…there may be some aspect of their process or carrier that your body negatively reacts to. The golden rule of allergies is that it can happen to anybody, anytime, anywhere. Meaning…even if you weren't previously allergic to something…you can develop it out of nowhere. (i.e. ethyl oleate).

Think of it in other terms…if you eat at a restaurant…and get violently ill…you probably won't eat there again. Even though other people still love that restaurant. Or if you buy a Ford…and get one bad lemon…you'll probably move on to another brand even though it's the top selling truck for everyone else.

Just my two cents…but feeling like crap and not being able to work out completely defeats the purpose of the adding the gear to your diet.

I ran into this same issue with a blend I bought from a top source. Other products I bought from the same source were fine. I shit canned the painful stuff.

I suspect even our good UGL's don't have much quality control.

Pharma Test E and C are very easy to find and not much more expensive than ugl. I buy pharma as much as possible.

could be bad gear for sure. bad powder, poorly filtered, etc. Try a diff spot and if you get the same issues then stop taking it and find a diff source.

I always get swelling and severe pain when I do quads for some reason. But using exact same gear in other spots the PIP is very minimal. Never to my knowledge have I ever been sick or had fever tho.

UGL is the issue. Unless you're using gear from a very "big" ugl firm, you will run into higher milligram issues, ba & bb concentration issues, carrier oils, and the like. You can try minimizing the PIP by heating the oil and warming the injection site, but that's no guarantee. You may want to order from a new company. Do some research on which labs have less of these issues. Feel free to PM me as well.

I'd bin it and and find a new source/lab. If it's ruining your workouts it's not worth it. Are you still getting off your doc? What I'd do is, assuming you find a good source, id save my pharma test so if I found myself in this position again id know ive got some quality gear in reserve.
Likewise, if your getting quality UGL gear, save a vial out of each order so you have some quality gear again in reserve.

my problem only came when I used high concentration gear; over 400mg per ml. the oil dissipates faster then the test which leaves behind "crystals" that aggravate the muscle. Could also be the ugl you are using. If it is not Pharma grade; then the brewing process will never be consistent so one batch could have higher ba or the next have higher oil; lower ph or higher ph; e.t.c. I bet using the pharma you never had a problem right?

I use 300mg/ ml across the board only had one incident before this new source- the thing is it is a very highly rated source. - was my first order with them - I can not get pharma grade anymore on a continuous basis .

There are sources here that carry Pharma; seek them out and you will get it!

You could be allergic to the carrier oil. Check what your new source uses compared to your old.

I know the new source is different - thinner - but as stated above i am not allergic to anything and would venture to guess that i have eaten the seeds the oil was made from. Not that this could not be the case but in my mind highly unlikely
