Trace of leukocytes is usually meaningliess without other things in the urine like blood or nitrites. However, it maybe helpful to send a urine culture out to check to see if any bacteria grows out. I know you said your married but I have seen people with std's especially Chlamydia that only show Leuks in the urine, but they usually have some other symptom as well like burning when urinating. Anyway, overall it probably means nothing but I would see if she sent out a culture. Hope this helps.
