Labs interpretation help

Hey guys I just convinced my dr to give me my last set of labs from a few weeks ago, he was the TRT dr who wouldn't give them to me only my personal physician. Well I told him I need those freaking labs and he had his nurse email them to me. What are the important numbers I should be looking at? Can someone tell me so I can post them up here so I can get someone with experience to help me interpret?

Ok guys so here is all the numbers that look important.
Total Testosterone 1008
Free Testosterone 216
Bioavailable Tesosterone 464
SHBG 22
Estradiol 38
DHT 76
DHEA Sulfate 351
This is all after about two months of very low dose TRT. So am I on track or is my levels way off?
Dhea I usually see above 400 but you're to close. DHT is slightly above optimal range so be mindful of hairloss and prostate issues. Its still to close to optimal, with that DHT im pretty sure you have no problem with woody! Those are just slight you're loking good. I would cruise at these levels....feeling good huh?
Yea I am having more frequent erections but not really raging libido and desire to pump tail if that makes sense? Ok so maybe I'll throw in a DHT blocker but I'm not worried about hairloss because I shave my head anyways. I'd just like to get it in the range where I feel like superman, and even at these low dose levels I'm feeling good, but not superman. I even told the Dr that and he said at these physiological doses you won't get that bulletproof feeling
464 doesn't look like a bad number. Sometimes raging libido can also be hindered by stress.
No use in using a DHT blocker if you're bald and don't have any issues making the magic wand tinkle. I would just let it be and enjoy it.
Ok free test was 216, estradiol was 38 and I don't see a PSA. It was pretty in depth it's 4 pages long. This was after my first two months of TRT .20CC test , 1000IU hCG and .25mg anastrozole all twice a week.
PSA detects antigens which are a sign of enlarged prostate. Its common for DHT (androgen) product of testosterone. 32 yrs old your is pretty low. .20cc is a drop in the bucket and needs to be increased. Your also taking infertility treatment levels of HCG. Seems as of they are more focused on your natty test production rather than using exogenous test to increase levels. Are you trying for a kid maybe?

Oh thanks man for explaining that, I don't see that one there. No way bro I have enough kids. Yea I though this was going to be one of those ill give u what u want hookup clinics but it's not. He is only trying to keep me in high normal range. Its a big waste of money. Even though the dr and his male nurse look like IFBB pros! I thought I was golden!
Ha haha! Sounds like those ageless male mofos! That shit is a damn shame! Ive seen those nurses with their tight tees and scrubs on looking all jacked....smh! While they are only stabbing you with .20cc of test cyp. My advice is for you to prowl the TRT section in eroids forum and do your own.
They don't even wear medical type clothes( scrubs and lab coats) the Dr and his male nurse wear expensive dress clothes slacks and tailored shirts with cuff links and crap. Real GQ and smooth. Yea I think I'd like to do a blast and cruise type deal, I'll check out that TRT section! Thanks again

Nope .20 it was my starting TRT dose. I hate it though. It's like a freaking waste and I need some more!
Sorry for delay. Most docs start at 200Mg every two Weeks. Though misread. The combo of small dose and uber high hcg probably has you both agitated and wanting more info. I remember our talk the other day. By keeping yoyr test so low and estro high he gets more money to do ya right.
Bite Edge.2cc might not sound like much to someone who normally blasts 500mg or more a week on cycle, but males at peak only produce around 6mg a day.
At.2cc a week you're getting 40mg a week. So you're getting only 2mg under what you normally produced at your test peak.
That's nothing to sneeze at. I could quote about 50 members here who say that all the young kids here need to stick to their amazing natty test production. You were just givin an artificial natty test production.
I take those doses actually twice per week. So I'm getting 80 or so a week test and then 2000IUs hCG

I always believed it to be around 8mg, but I'm only going off what I've read from other people anyway. If you have some numbers that'd be nice.

Would have easily provided this info last night if he wasn't such an ass. You are correct ...4-10mg daily of natural test production. Thats 28-70mg a week....of NATURAL test production .Now split that number between free test(unbound) and SHBG(bound) and you understand why its a drop in a bucket.
When it comes down to it test is in your body in two ways: Natural testosterone which is produced in the testicles and Exogenous testosterone from outside the body. So his "artificial natty test" phrase is ridiculous. Exogenous test increases Testosterone levels, libido and surpass amounts to be bound by SBGH. Natural is wonderful because it is needed for sperm production. Only testosterone produced in the testicles can produce sex cells...something no matter how much exo test can't do :-)
Even those ranges listed above are just that..ranges
