Kidney pain?

ad

So I thought I’d just had a sore back muscles after doing a hard back workout but it’s been a week now and I’m starting to think it’s not…. It’s been 2 weeks sense I started tren e at 300mg a week… is this a side that’s common? It’s gotta be my kidneys cause the soreness hasn’t gone away so ima stop the tren…. But is this something that happens? That quick?

Are you drinking enough water daily? Also, if your not utilizing electrolytes I'd highly recommend starting. Water alone is so shitty these days. Electrolytes make a huge difference.
Also, if your on Reta and not eating regular you could be missing out on key nutrients. Def drink water tho because Tren dries you out bro. A lot of guys jump on Tren thinking it's gonna be like everything else, but it's definitely not. Especially as you age you've gotta be careful.

I recently had to stop a Tren cycle bc of kidney pain. Tbh I had no other sides but kidney pain…weird. No night sweats or anything. Just massive kidney pain. Top sources Tren at that. Idk. Just figured body can’t take it anymore. May purchase some from someone else and try it again.

All of these complaints sound like massive back pumps…

No offense but I know what a back pump is. I had to stop lifting for two weeks pissing straight brownish red. Couldn’t sleep or hardly work.

Curious… what was your complete run? Dose, length, compounds??? The pumps would stop too from dropping compounds.

Go see a dr. Get some blood labs. Egfr is 1 you should look at. Anything under 60 is classified as ckd.

How's your hydration? Tren can hit your kidneys pretty hard, is your pee looking froffy and dark like a nice beer? (don't drink it)

froff...froth, still not delicious

When my urine isn't brown, then I know something is wrong.

Not a fan of recycling?

After about the 5th or 6th time ingesting it, the urine is well filtered back into water.

That'll be the Albumin bypassing the filters in his kidneys then lol

The only way to know if its kidneys is getting blood work a C-statin and Urine protein test. Are you drinking enough water?

I really can't say on this, you need to get bloodwork mate to see how your kidneys are.

What I would say in my experience though is when Trenbolone is battering your kidneys and decreasing your eGFR permanently over time - then you will NOT feel it. It doesn't hurt at all and you are none the wiser about the wicked way in which it fucks you up. I use to think that as seen as I never got any pain there or blood in urine etc that I was perfectly fine.

That was until after years of cycles running it on the higher end, bloodwork proved differently. This is why so many Pro's have ended up on Dialysis machines and simply dying from kidney failure in the end because there is ZERO warning of what's going on until its too late. So these guys eventually get bloods done and realise Oohh fuck because they are ill in hospital because their blood has become too Toxic for their body, because the kidneys are no longer working properly. Once eGFR falls below 30mL/min/1.73m*2 then your body apparently starts having all sorts of issues and problems and you actively have to monitor everything you eat and drink including vitamin and mineral consumption. Below 15 and its Dialysis time ...... People generally last a maximum of 5 years on Dialysis and if a kidney donor cannot be found then you die.

Definitely get the Cystatin C test and NOT the Creatinine test - I got a recent Cystatin C test and my kidney eGFR was 20 points higher/better than creatinine!! If you use Creatine, protein shakes, lift weights within 72 hours, use orals like DBol/Adrol/Var etc, eat Red meat then any of those things will affect the creatinine test and make it look WORSE - nobody on this forum should bother with it in fact.

Wildling's picture

Spot on. So many of these compounds create a plethora of issues.

The creatinine issues are wild… many don’t realize how many daily substances/foods create this. One bug enemy is energy drinks, but somehow those slip everyone’s mind as every popular bodybuilder is sponsored by a company producing a can.

Blood work ofc
But for the time being you need supplements brother, those organs are all you have an get god willing.
Telmisartan, Omega 3 fish oil, NAC, NAD. Those are a few but I would say HYDRATE HYDRATE HYDRATE. Atleast a gallon AT LEAST bro. And make sure you are drinking some form of electrolytes. You need to be In the mind set of “I can always do more to protect my body” but I would get bloods done. After some time you can tell if it’s muscle pain or something internal. I can tell when my kidneys are stressed bc I get an ungodly backache that only subsides with pressure on my kidneys. But again I was being stupid, not hydrating or taking the necessary precautions to ensure my organs health a safety.

Only blood work would tell you if it's a kidney issue get blood work done ASAP and see where your at with your overall health. Something we all should be doing atleast twice a year!!

This is going to be a weird request, but can you post a pic or draw one showing where the pain is. Unless there’s infection, kidney pain/problems are typically from longer duration issues such as hypertension, dehydration, etc… you’re not going to get a sore kidney from a blood pressure spike. No offense meant at all, and I’m making no assumptions, but I asked for the picture as most people don’t know where the kidneys are actually positioned.

Turns out this guy tried to pull a Mr.Hands the night before and is wondering why his internal organs are rearranged

This reminds me of guys who think they are having a heart attack but it’s really indigestion.

This forum is weird… I think some guys would rather come in here to let people know they are pissing blood than go to the doctor.

You’re dead on lol. Rule of thumb, if it’s within your rib cage and deeper inside towards your core, go see a doctor. Anything other than normal breathing at rest, see a doc. Bro science has value, but there’s certain issues you simply can’t treat at home.
