ad

I'm new on here and I'm trying to lean up I exercise daily and I put on good size but I would Def like to get bigger and leaner what do I need I've never used any supplement before please help

ONESICK's picture

Just get your diet and training dialed in. It'll be better for you in the long run. Drugs aren't going to do anything if you don't have those two things on point.

Why fix something that isn’t broken?

Bigrob1's picture

Man I have tried everything to cut up I can't do it without starvin myself idk why but my body will not burn fat like I want it to if I could lose 10 pounds I'd be straight but these 10 pounds are the hardest to lose

Makwa's picture

If you can't drop a ton of fat based on the info I provided you below, drugs aren't going to help you either. Following that info is going to produce more results in a shorter time than any drugs will.

FatBoy26's picture

Lower carbs to under 50. Eliminate sugar completely. It’s toxic and you don’t need it. Really it comes down to a calorie deficit

Bigrob1's picture

OK guys I would like to cut up first what's something to use I have had alot of people tell me test is all I need but I'm asking experts before I take their advice

Makwa's picture

You are already going down the wrong path. It is not about what pills you pop or compounds you inject, it is 100% your diet right now. There is no easy way around that.

Glitch's picture

Creatine is probably hands down the best supplement that's stood the test of time and proven to have been effective in all body types to help promote lean muscle gain and strength

press1's picture

Just make sure you aren't on it when you get bloods done Lol

FlemDaddyKush's picture

Why what does creatine do to your bloodwork?

Sounds like you’re on the right path. I’m not telling you not to use gear because that would make me a hypocrite. Although, sticking to a good diet, and training hard for a while can work wonders without gear, although you have to stay on track. Once you’re finally ready, the forums on this site have a “newbie cycles” section. Read it! Then read it again ten times. Stick around, pay attention to the serious conversations, and see how everyone responds to different compounds. Then you can start to consider running a cycle. Don’t go listening to all the stupid standard shit I did over the years. It’s been a fucking exhausting and discouraging roller coaster ride until I really started paying attention. Less is more, and more makes you feel like shit. Makwa’s advice is better than a doctors advice. A lot of other guys on here also share some great advice. Some may sound like complete douchebags, but that doesn’t mean they should be discredited. They know their shit, and stupidity annoys them. Gotta love gear, LOL. Although, if they’re answering you, they actually care, so Listen to it! Good luck, and welcome aboard.

FatBoy26's picture

This ‘ Read it! Then read it again ten times ‘ repetition. Especially with my fragmented memory lol.

JakeKO's picture

Tell me about it! My mind always absorbed all the easy shit to do, and cuts corners on the difficult. Maybe I’m just getting older, but I regret a lot of bad decisions on a daily basis. My number one mistake over the years was trying to get huge and ripped at the same time. What a fuckin joke! Years of roller coaster cycles, bad diets, and then overdosing Dbol to end back where I started. So ridiculous and embarrassing.

FatBoy26's picture

You’ve got to nail down weather you want to lose weight first or put on muscle. Like Makwa said doing both at the same time is nigh on impossible. The training, diet and supplement requirements are completely different.
I would be tempted to lose most the weight first and be on a low carb diet….. 80% cardio 20% weights. 5 days cardio 2 days weights. When your ready to bulk up switch it the other way and change diet. All the information you want will be within these posts.

based on your stats,

Research more on diet and training. Dont worry about supplements or anything more. Get bf% below 12 through consistency in proper diet and training

Damn, gets negged for asking for help. Its better than coming on and saying he is brand new first cycle and started tren. Aint this the best place to get help rather than asking the broccoli head at the gym? We gonna scare guys into doing that?
Good job asking before starting something stupid+1

What's ur best opinion everyone says diet and exercise man i work 50 hours plus a week and a very labor intensive job I'm not lazy and I jus can't lose the weight I want I need that extra help to feel better about myself I'm dead set on using somethin im tired of all the guys I associate with using something and getting good results while I'm over here Killin it and still can't cut up

Drexyl's picture

Just going by what you’ve said so far, and the assumption that your stats are honest, I’d recommend getting bloodwork done. It’s not only to make sure you’re healthy enough for hormonal supplementation, but also that you’re healthy in general. It sounds like your training is probably on point, I’ll go out on a limb and say your diet isn’t horrible. The bloodwork will let you know if there’s anything out of whack, blood sugar, organ function, etc. I’d add a thyroid screening in there as well. Good luck with it all.

Pumped_'s picture

You are dead set on using also thats why you are on here. Its not recommended for health reasons and for many others yet all of us use against advice of our doctors and the public. We are rebels and gonna use steroids regardless. Do your research on beginner cycle and pct. If it was me and it was me years ago i would start a testosterone only cycle. Read up on bloodwork and get some done during cycle. Angel on one shoulder would say cardio and diet only to help lose weight but devil on other shoulder would say test only cycle. You will get heat for going against advice so read as much here as you can if deciding to go the cycle route. Expect push back when your next question is "ive started test only cycle" but have tough skin. Lots of good topics that can help you along your first journey here. I dont want your mind dead set on doing a cycle and not getting the co-sign here and going to another forum and some gebroni telling you do test, tren dbol all at once.

I think every neg should backed up with reply explaining why. A drive by anonymous neg and off to next post to neg seems so honorless

@NoodlesSubQ commented on here and was one of first to neg then deleted said comment after questions came up regarding the negging...trying to be slick and hoping no one would find out....smh Thank you @Greg for bringing these guilty of drive by negs to light

Greg's picture

Agreed, and many do.

JEX30Sex's picture

Was thinking the same. Scrolling through here I don't really see the need for negs.

Yep. We scare people off sometimes that could benefit from our collective knowledge.

First things first. You are not going to get bigger and leaner at the same time. It is one or the other. Probably assuming you want to lose weight/fat first. That is all diet. Lose the fat first and then you can focus on gaining lean mass. Here are some things to get you started. Once you hit about 10-12% Bodyfat then we can talk about putting on some serious muscle. No need for supplements at this point other than some creatine.

Come on, let's not neg the guy right off the bat. He probably doesn't know how to navigate the site yet.
That being said, you asked a very broad question with very little background information.
I would suggest a lot of reading, browsing these forums but other forums and articles as well.
From this post we can't tell if you're ready for anabolics yet. I would suggest adding a lot more detail about yourself. If you've never used ANY supplement before, i would suggest starting with something other than anabolics. There's plenty of stuff out there on the supplement store shelves that would be safer than jumping right in to AAS.

FJB's picture

That search box at the top is your best option right now. There's a lot of knowledgeable members on here but I doubt they'll be interested in spoon feeding you. Good luck

Jrblh2's picture

I'd start reading a lot on this site while putting together a good diet and weight training routine. Ask a lot of questions. Don't do any as you say "supplements " until you have a good sense on the subject. It's kinda a big life decision

Bigrob1's picture

Also might need to mention I have no clue what I'm doin that's why I'm asking those that do

Nattyboomba's picture

This is a decision that isn’t to be taken lightly. Research here using the search function and dig through the internet. There is a wealth of info out there and every single persons unique physiology will react differently to each compound & protocol, with unique risk factors and such, so only you can choose your course of action. The process of gathering knowledge & weighting risk/reward ratio is a right of passage you must undertake
