Here is my 2 cents on this. The mods are here to keep this great site running smooth, safe, and respectful for sources and customers. When I was a kid my father would tell me to do this and do that. Every once and a while I would ask why, which he would look me dead in the eye with a stern voice and say "because I said so, that's why." He didn't owe me an explanation. He was my father, his house his rules. Instead of arguing sometimes a respectful yes sir to the mods would be the best course of action and everyone can go along their way...
That is a great answer and one that comes from a man who new that you were not entitled to answers when given an order from the one who feeds, clothes, and provides life for you. This is a for the most part lost concept to day. people should respect the position even if you don't like and or respect the man in it. I learned this a long time ago simply for one reason if you don't want to lose something you desire or need. I have learned to respect any position of authority as it relates to my life in order for me to respect the one in it well that depends on their actions and character.
People often confuse the fact that they hate the man in the position thus they can do whatever they want, it just isn't so. Some in authoritative positions in all parts of life are nothing but cowards and tyrants others are noble. But either way as long as they hold a position they can inflict punishment on you in their authoritative realm.
Your father gave you a true key to life and how it works.
Thank you for your post. My father is a good man and molded me into the man I am today. I can tell we share many of the same thoughts and values from your post. You are a perfect example of how a member of this community can share ideas and experiences, while being thoughtful to a rather new guy like me. It's easy to see how you have acquired so much karma. 15% BF (the OP suggested not to do a cycle unless you're 15% or less) is ideal for a 25 yr old. Where as 23% is ideal for a 50 yr old.
