How to treat BPH

Anyone else have any luck with meds or supplements for BPH? If so please tell what you do to help. I figured anyone who’s been on juice a while will experience it at some point

Just to be clear, are we talking prostate( BPH) or blood pressure? If prostate, the cialis and quality saw palmetto supplement have helped me.
Enlarged prostate for sure
Don’t know what compounds you’re running, but some are definitely worse on the ole prostate than others. I believe anything heavy on DHT will hit the prostate. Lots of supps out there for it but you have to take daily all the time. Not just a magic pill.
Not looking for a magic pill. Really just looking for recommendations that people use and actually works
Telmisartan 40mg usually will fix it, 5-10mg of cialis, daily fasted cardio (30mins can be at your own pace just steady state).
I just learned that a low dose of cialis helps with elevated levels of BP, unsure of the specifics. The research is on my to-do list. Fortunately for me, drinking a bunch of water drops my BP.
I already take 5mg a day prescribed and it helps some. Just curious if others have any experience with it
