-1 How to explain night sweats to your girlfriend.

ad

Alright I posting this here because off topic was a little too off for me.

I took my girlfriend out to dinner yesterday and she asked me why I'm always so hot. The previous night we switched sides in the bed and she complained that the pillow was wet and the bed sheets on my side were soaked.

Ok. So how to explain this. Basically I had no idea. I just told her I thought I might have a thyroid problem but I can't get it checked out because I don't have insurance.

I'd like to tell her the truth eventually but at this point in our relationship it could only hurt things so any advice saying "dude just tell her. If she can't accept you for blah blah." I will. Just not now.
In the meantime does anyone have any advice or suggestions as to how to deal with this or explain these symptoms without telling her it's steroid related. Thanks brothers and sister for any advice.

It's ace and eod. I did tell her I have nightmares and really bad anxiety which actually isn't a lie.

Anxiety from tren? I wouldn't be using tren if anxiety was already a problem. Or caffeine.

Tell her you sweat when you sleep. Or tell her its a side effect of AIDS. Depends if you want to keep her or rid of her, your choice.

I mess with her too much with the deadly disease thing. She might just start believing me.

hahaha at least she's got a sense of humour, seriously though, just tell her you sweat when you sleep, simple as that.

I never said she laughed when I told her that haha. But that could be a solution. Or that I'm on some sort of thermogenic because "I'm fat babe and I wanna look good for you"

what are you on, ive learned that when im on just test alone, that if my estrogen is getting high, even if i feel good and dont have any visual signs of gyno coming, my night sweats are out of control.

Well test tren and prami and I just switched from aro to letro. I really think it's the prami that's causing the sweating though.

tren is a bed time BATH. its one of the most common sides, some guys who experience little or no sides still at least get the horrid night sweats from it. i tolerate tren extremely well, only had night sweats from it and some trouble sleeping near the end of my cycle. but i would wake up every night and shower and change the towels or blankets i had put down to cover my side of the bed and pillows so it wouldnt soak through, which it always did.

Well it is steroid related so it can stay in here.

Tell her you have a deadly disease and may or may not die soon. See where that gets ya. ;-)

I think you answered your own question: The truth. You say "just not now," well if not now, when? You can keep trying to come up with lies and stories, but they will always catch up to you in the end. You chose to take a substance that has NOTICEABLE sides and you can't hid them. She isn't going to be better with it later on; in fact, she will probably be more upset, because you hid it from her and lied for so long. I've been married a long time and that's because I do my best to be honest. Best of luck.

Well my friends and family noticed the sides. She honestly doesn't know the difference between steroids and supplements. I think I might just slowly educate her about supplements first. Then work my way toward educating her about the steroids. And finally tell her I'm on them.

I understand where you are coming from. I'm just telling you that if/when you do tell her the truth, she will have a big problem and will not trust your for a while or not at all (depends on the girl and the relationship). If you can find a way to navigate this successfully, I give you props! Good luck (I do mean that)!

Thanks. It's pretty complicated at this point. We're struggling with trust the way it is. I really want to tell her mostly because I do t want to have to hid anything and I want her to pin me! I'll try to remember to update on how she reacts.

Eating frequently throughout the day, and exercise, has your metabolism running higher than most others.

Or

Baby, you're so hot you make me hot.
