Since its in our stats, id like to finnd a good way to calculate and update my bf%. its one of the few things i can't find much about doing a search. a friend measured my wriist,forearms,waist,height and weight and used some type of calculator but i can't seem to find the same one which seemed to. be really simple. it would be a good thing to know, the least we can do is keep up to date honest stats and i really am having a hard time with this part..
